Made a purchase from these guys, I couldn't make sense of the instructions, in French lol.
Called them up and they made the time to clarify the issue and showed patience and genuine concern to resolve my predicament. Outstanding Customer service.... I would gladly deal with again!

I purchased a Pyramid Honda Monkey windscreen from this shop and I must say, not only did it exceed my expectations so did the staff. Matthew answered all my numerous product questions prior to my purchase as well as follow up to make sure I was 100% satisfied. The Honda Monkey windscreen paint job is a spot on match. Quality craftsmanship and you'd swear it came OEM on the bike by the looks of it. There are numerous windscreens on the market, but the Pyramid version offered by Ray Williams Motorcycles surpasses all of them with its looks, ease of installation, and quality hardware. Recently purchased a Free Go Eagle electric bike for my wife from this shop and can only describe our dealings with the owner Martin Williams as first class. On our initial visit he displayed detailed knowledge of the bikes on offer and afforded us his time in our decision making. We also found his after sales service excellent as we had a minor query on the bike's performance and this was dealt with promptly and efficiently. I have no hesitation in recommending this business and product and will certainly visit again when considering an electric bike for myself.

Owner - great guy, can't do enough for you.
The one and only employee is a pathetic little man with no customer service or interpersonal skills.
Hope this business doesn't fail because they rely on him, but based on my experience today - it's not going to last much longer.

Bought a Honda SLR 650 from the shop last week. Matthew the proprietor was very helpfull, as was his one and only employee, the mechanic. Would highly recommend them, and look forward to doing business with them again, such as servicing, repairs, and change of bike when required.
