After requesting quotes for windshield replacement from 3 businesses on Thanksgiving day, HR Auto Glass was super quick to reply with an immediate quote! I was shocked, since it was a holiday. The business owner himself, Hilario, replied and was very responsive. He instantly gave me appointment options for the next day. I made an appointment for him to come to my home, all before any other business even bothered to reply to my initial requests. Hilario texted me the next morning to let me know he would arrive 30 minutes earlier than he was scheduled! I expected it to be like waiting for the cable

I was able to book a windshield repair for the very next day, at an agreeably competitive cost AND the free mobile service means I got to stay at home and do laundry while the Owner/Tech did the work. It took maybe 90 minutes max from start to end, and it looks great!! Will definitely be my go-to for similar issues in the future.

Was in search for a windshield for my vehicle. Called a few places and all were around the same price. Only difference was a big one, HR Auto Glass offers a lifetime warranty on parts and labor. No other place I called was able to offer that for this price. Hilario was punctual and did an amazing job. He communicates great and you can tell he takes pride in his work. Service was fast and friendly. They came to me and had the job done the same day I called, at a price that was a fraction of the most popular major chain. I had waited months to get this fixed because the major nationwide company had quoted me $600. HR had it done for me for under $300! And with a lifetime warranty included too. I needed to replace the back glass on my car ASAP and contacted just about all of the local auto glass places in Santa Barbara. Hilario at HR Auto Glass was the fasted to get back to me, gave me the lowest price, and came to me to fix my windshield. Additionally, no place had the part in stock for the same day, but Hilario got it done the very next morning when other places told me I'd have to wait 2-3+ days to do it. Absolutely fantastic service and price! Someone smashed our windshield with a huge rock Thursday night. I contacted HR Auto Glass Friday morning for a quote and he responded as soon as they opened. By far the least expensive and soonest appt. He was at our house in SB by 1130am Saturday morning replacing our windshield AND fixing the chip in our other cars windshield. Excellent work! Highly recommend!!
