It's difficult to see how this company maintains its business. Called for pricing (reasonable), set an appointment, and gave them my credit card info. and contact information. As many years I've been in sales I never failed to communicate with a client about receiving such info from the client or thanking them with an email let alone failed to thank the client.
When I brought this up with Holly she became defensive and made excuses (We're a small company). Looks like they'll stay that way. Then she said, Well we can just cancel the appointment! Incredible! Never in my 25+ years of sales and customer

1st choice was definitely the right choice. I found them on Yelp and called for a estimate on my Jeep Wrangler front windshield. Holly, who answered my call gave me 2 quotes, One for original windshield with jeep logo on it and the aftermarket glass. Of course i went for the aftermarket glass. She gave me a Great price and we set a appointment up and was willing to work with me because of my daddy schedule.
Mike, who changed my windshield, actually called me up early and asked if he could come a little earlier than i was scheduled. Worked out great with my schedule. He showed up within 15 min

Great Service. They arrived within the latter part of the estimated time. Their price was easy less than other prices quoted. Did a very fast efficient job. I was very pleased all the way around. They came to me. The price quoted was the price charged. They about $115.00 dollars less than other shops. I will not hesitate in the future I hope, I never need them again, but if I do they are my first choice! Thank you!

The price quoted was the price I was charged, they came to me and completed the job for less than $225. There was one issue with the glass being a different option from what was installed in the vehicle, yet they were able to confirm exchangeable fit and finish the job with minimal wait. Total time on site for the replacement was under an hour, definitely beat Safelite's price by over $75. I would use 1st Choice Auto Glass again if I had to (hopefully my windshield will not require it).

Background: A rock hit my windshield on the freeway so I called my insurance company to make arrangement for the repair. A major auto glass company was recommended and I was put in touch with their scheduling/customer service reps. They were very helpful (that's where this situation takes a turn for the worse). The mobile technician never showed nor did he call. I called the company numerous times after the prescribed appointment time and they assured me that
