On your first appointment we will get a glimpse at your full physical health within a thorough consultation in order to determine all of your safety needs as well as on your second appointment we will get your full bodily assessment of where you are now and where you want to be so that we can determine your PLAN and your GOALS!

FIT is Full Intensity Training that safely pushes your limits to raise your fitness threshold. This incredibly efficient and effective slow motion strength training regime only requires 30 minutes a week! At TruFIT we believe ultimate health starts with food. We do not believe that there is a perfect diet out there that can be so black and white, because the human race is a genetic pool full of a much larger variety.
Everfit20 studio is a one-on-one strength training program using proven safe and effective slow movement method. Focused on helping you become stronger and healthier in once or twice weekly 20 minute sessions. High Intensity Slow Movement Training produces greater results in less time, with low risk of injury.
Each client's program is, first and foremost, focused on the goals and results to be achieved. Between the ages of 20 and 50 the average individual loses approximately 15 pounds of muscle and gains over 30 pounds of fat as a result of the decrease in metabolism associated with muscle loss.

In addition to improved strength and endurance, regaining or building muscle tissue also increases metabolism, and improves body shape, bone density, cardiovascular efficiency, and joint stability.Full Intensity Strength Training can quickly and safely stimulate the body to produce additional muscle tissue and improvements in cardiovascular and other support systems.

This unique workout place is awesome. The diverse team of personal trainers is so impressive- with their knowledge and genuine caring about their clients. I've been going there since 2011. Love the "super slow" philosophy of strength training as opposed to the typical turbo speed pumping iron.

TruFit20 provides a very intense but fast workout that fits into my schedule which is a tall order. The staff is friendly, compassionate, and will work with you on all aspects of health, nutrition, and fitness. My favorite aspect is the science behind the workout. My trainer had me run my heart rate monitor for a couple hours after I completed the 25 minute workout. I've attached an image from my fitbit app showing that my heart rate stayed above 90 for almost 2 hours after the workout was completed and saw this as almost 2 hours of fat burn. Keep in mind that I was in the car and then sitting

TruFit20 is a terrific way to quickly and effectively get in shape and stay in shape! It’s a tough, intense workout - but it only lasts around 20 minutes. Hard to believe that a 20 minute workout once or twice a week is enough to develop and maintain muscle mass - but this works. And the trainers are wonderful!

Best weights workout all the way around! I started this after I had surgery and needed to build my muscles back up, plus strengthen my bones. I really appreciate that it doesn't require me to spend hours at the gym every week but is amazingly effective. My husband does it too and can work it into a busy travel schedule. It's high intensity and is the best way to reach my goals especially as I age and want my body to continue to support me, so I can ski and have fun!

Tonight I had my first experience with TruFIT. WOW!!! What an incredible experience. First off, the location is so easy to find that it makes going to work out easy. Second, the machines that the facility has are fantastic. Best work out I have ever done!!! In just 8 minutes I have fulfilled an entire body work out and my body feels it. I am a pretty consistent cardio person but I have never felt better then after using these machines. The staff at TruFIT really puts their heart into your success. The uplifting personalities from all of the trainers make working out an enjoyable experience. I am

This is the best workout program I've ever found, and I'm proud to say it is also a workout program I have truly committed to. My trainer, Christie, is very knowledgeable in nutrition and is just a great person overall. She pushes me in just the right way and with a lot more than just pushing weight. I workout for 30 minutes, twice a week, and am seeing results like I have never seen with any other program I have tried. I won't say it's easy, that's for sure, but I will say it's truly unique and definitely worth it! To see my aging body (age 47) firm up and lean down is just really been a great

I was very surprised that I could get such a good workout, in only 30 minutes, in my work clothes. I now know why they give you 3 free sessions. You almost don't believe until you try it.
I would highly recommend this workout to anyone who wants to improve their overall fitness. This is the hardest 30 minutes of your week, but the results are amazing. Most people don't workout because they can't find time to go to the gym 3 x times a week for an hour. Or, they think they need to run 3 miles a day...trust me on this one...make room in your schedule for 30 minutes a week, at Trufit and you will

I've been a client of TruFIT for over 3 years now and I highly recommend their services. To be able to workout, one-on-one, with a qualified trainer that concentrates on your success, without having tons of other people around is extremely beneficial. From nutrition, weight loss, strength building and physique development, they can prove results with short 30 minute sessions. No need to change clothes, wait for machines, etc... just crank through their routine and you will see results, guaranteed!
