Just went to check this building out and it is gorgeous. So much more for you money than comparable buildings in the area. The finishes in the units, the common areas ... everything feels more like a fine hotel/resort than an apartment building. Melissa showed us around - she was awesome. If you are moving anywhere in the area I would definitely check these out first.

First of all, I would like to thank "Stephanie" for forgetting our appointment tour. Secondly, thank you for not opening the door when I did show up on time, knocked on the door, pushed the intercom button (no answer? locked due to Covid?). Called the 844# on the appointment email (of course no answer). I'm on the phone, outside of the leasing office, and patiently waiting for someone to assist me. After 15 minutes, I walked back to my car, drove around the corner, and discovered a lovely apartment complex! Lets just say I love it here and I signed a 18 month lease! woohoo!

My husband and I came here a couple of months ago to look at some apartments. We were in the process of moving from LA to OC.
Steve was so kind, patient and professional. He showed us around and gave us great feedback.
Although we didn't end up moving there because we ended up deciding to just buy a house in OC, I was so impressed and pleased by Steve's follow ups. He genuinely tried to help us get the best unit there.

Stephanie my leasing consultant was the most professional and attentive staff I've ever had the opportunity of interacting with. From the very beginning she attentively listened to my needs and wants in the apt i was looking for
. Unfortunately I had an unbearable issue with my upstairs tenant and she assisted in ensuring that the situation was addressed and handled entirely. Kevin also was a great help at the leasing office. He is always helpful . The maintenance supervisor Sal is great . If you want to move here ,it is the place you want to move .

I have had the best experience living here. This place is extremely classy and well kept. The customer service you receive is top notch. I honestly can't find one thing wrong with this place. If you are looking...this is the place! First, I just wanted to say how helpful and amazing Kevin has been. In addition, Sal and Fernando are super helpful with maintenance and not only with that but whenever I would see them they would greet me with a hi and see how I was doing. Very, very nice people. I had lived at the 3400 avenue of the arts and left because it was awful. This place is exquisite.

Hello. There's evidently a lot of cruel and negative comments about 580...so I just wanted to comment on my experience over the last year here. My boyfriend and I love it..truly love it. The maintenance men are beyond kind and helpful. Anytime we have issues with anything, they're on top of it. Beyond that, we have always felt safe and supported here. In such a difficult year, i feel so grateful to have a warm home to come back to. I know this is gushy but it really is a wonderful apartment

I've been here since 12/30/20 and have no complaints. I chose to live in a multi unit complex. So if the neighbor upstairs is doing CrossFit and making noise, it's ok. They are healthier as a result. It's not like they can go to the gym. So please be mindful of things like this.
I have nothing but positive things to say about Steve, and the security guards looking out for us, Cesar and Abel. Even Sal, the maintenance guy provides great service. Great

I moved into 580 a little over a year ago, this was place magical we loved all the amenities and the staff at the time was great extremely friendly. During Christmas 580 gets a beautiful massive Christmas tree in the lobby and the entire place smells great. The cleaning and maintenance crew are the sweetest and super nice love them all.

I lived at 580 for 14 months. I've noticed that many of the Yelp reviews are written by people who toured, and not people who lived at 580 for any considerable period of time. That said, the building is well-designed and tasteful. The units have nice finishings, hardwood floors, etc. The building is located next to a pond with a nice dog-walking trail. It's definitely worth visiting -- but there are issues I want to flag.

The complex is beautiful. Everything is top notch quality, inside and out.
I looked at literally every single apartment community in Costa Mesa, Irvine and Newport and this is by far the nicest overall. I am thrilled to live in a carpet-free apartment.
The walk in shower is everything.
The surrounding neighborhood is great. Especially the lake right outside.

The apartment is nice, but the service has been sub par. For the past week, we have been patiently and kindly reporting our upstairs neighbor being too loud with heavy footstep noise until 12 midnight sometimes past midnight and before 6AM. We complained in the office, multiple calls, and multiple e-mails, and nothing has changed. We are desperately asking for help, as this has really affected my pregnant wife and 4 year old's ability to sleep. I have started to record nightly the loud stomping and have even asked for maintenance and security to come into our apartment to witness firsthand

- The place is clean, quiet, nice and small dog friendly- all of which were important to us.
- Having multiple vehicles it was important to have ample parking and guest parking, both of which were easy.

Be careful with this apartment complex. At first glance, brand new and luxurious, a deeper look reveals overpriced and flawed apartments.
BACKSTORY: A current resident informed us that they have priced themselves out of the market, have been forced to reduce prices, and still can't achieve reasonable occupancy.

I've been a resident for a month now. Great experience with the office team - friendly and helpful. One small maintenance issue - and I just haven't reported it yet. Low water pressure.
For the relatively ignorant residents posting about vehicle break-ins - logic would prevail not to leave your laptop bags and purses in your cars, anywhere. You're only a victim if your own dumbness. Sorry.
The property is very well maintained and has onsite 24x7 security. I agree more cameras wouldn't hurt but I can see quite a few already exist.

Even the day I moved in they have a welcome package waiting for you ~ class all the way.
It truly doesn't feel like an apartment building ~ rather like a chic 5 star hotel!
* Maintance does a fantastic job keeping the place clean
It's a pleasure to walk around and not see trash on the ground.
* Management / Leasing agents (esp. Christina) are very professional, pleasant always and helpful ~
-- Only negative I find so far is that the guest parking spaces are limited. And I find the cost for adding an extra car to the lease to be excessive.

I am resident here for a couple of months and I wanted to share how amazing the staff is.I will specifically give thumbs up to Pip and Derek but the rest of the team is amazing too. Their attitude is literally one of the reasons I signed a lease here. The way they take care of the residents is second to none. Everything goes on smoothly here, rest assured.

I've been a resident here for about a month now - and I'd like to say it's one of the best experiences I've had. The staff are friendly, responsive, and very easy to communicate with. I had a small access glitch on my move-in day - and both the maintenance and leasing team came immediately after hours to resolve the issue. That's a level of service that's unprecedented in the industry.
The buildings are impeccably maintained - the property is beautiful with every amenity I could ask for. I commute to Costa Mesa weekly for business (this is my second home) and I have to say it's been a terrific

I’ve been living here for a month now and completely love it! Spacious floor plans with great lighting, all of the complex amenities are amazing from the gym, game room, pool+jacuzzi etc. love that security patrols the area it makes me feel really safe and the place is always clean and well kept ! Got home today and saw a police car parking in the middle of our parking lot. The same police officer who took care my case a month ago was talking to my neighbor who parks close to me. I asked her if her car got broken in. She said yes and her purse that has $150 in it was stolen. She thought she was the only one got stolen, but I told her there were many incidents happened in the past, and she was surprised... I also feel pathetic that now I can recognize our city police officer because he comes here so often...

Christina LaPoint is the B E S T! She was very knowledgeable about the complex and so enthusiastic about the community 580Anton is hoping to build with its residents. She answered all of my questions patiently and made the tour/leasing process work ridiculously easy for me and my schedule. Even after all the papers were signed, she was always available and happy to answer all follow up questions, which I thought was above and beyond what I expected.
