I have never bought from Cycle Rider only had my bike serviced there. But that didn't stop them helping me out when I was down the road with a dead battery in the rain! I didn't get your name but I thank you again!!

Murray is the GOAT. We came in at 9a for a specific bike in stock and rolled out less than two hours later with a fully serviced bike and gear. Definitely the fastest deal I've ever made. Highly recommend coming here for your bikes

Murray and Mary treated me wonderfully! I found my dream bike online and found it at Cycle Rider. I am now the proud second owner of that machine. I flew down from a state a great distance away to pick it up. After a short taxi ride from the airport they had all of the paperwork, keys and the bike ready to go. Murray made my first motorcycle purchase experience truly wonderful. They have a good inventory to choose from. If you find something you like buy it as it wont last long. I went in to look at a bike I saw online but was already gone. Found something better. Can definitely say I will be back to purchase my next bike from cycle rider when I’m ready to upgrade.

I just want to deeply appreciate everything this shop has done for me and my 18’ Yamaha R6, to it’s regular service intervals and rebuilding it after a little spill. I will forever come here for all my bike needs. They were so patient with the whole build, and it’s been difficult with the COVID-19 timeframe and issues with orders arriving on time. The owner is really nice, Victor the mechanic is amazing and his part time tech that helped as well with the build. Around 3 weeks ago I got my first motorcycle. It was a pleasure doing business with Cycle Rider. The crew was great, the service was great, and the Indian Scout ABS was great. I didn't test ride it and didn't see it in person. I drove from Houston to get it, and it was better than what was told to me over the phone. Thanks for the great experience, and I will always remember my first motorcycle purchase.

This company is awesome. Victor in service rebuilt my carberuator for me and did it in 1 day using my parts. He also installed a new front tire for me. Best part I truly like is they make you feel like you are very important to them and that's a good feeling. They also carry some really nice bikes and are very reasonable on their prices. If you need work done go here. You will not be disappointed in their service.

Purchased a used Suzuki Burgman from Cycle Rider this weekend, and it was a very good experience. Mary and Murray were very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. Good selection of "gently used" inventory as well. I called before I picked up the bike and asked them to change the oil and coolant and was going to offer to pay that with a credit card, but they said it was already done and part of the purchase! Highly recommended, and even though I live in Houston, any future bike I purchase, they will be considered first. First rate.

Honest and reliable motorcycle shop . They have been around longer then any cycle shop I can think of . You can depend on them for the most reasonable and accurate fix or Maintenance for you cycle , they also have great prices on them as well !

I recently bought my first motorcycle here, after a few months of riding I had a problem with the bike because of my own mistake, and I was amazed at how fast they took my bike and had it fixed the same day, thinking i was going to spend hundreds of dollars, I didn’t! I am new to San Antonio and randomly selected this place to have my motorcycle inspection done. Not only will this be the only place I use for my inspections, but if I have an opportunity to do any other servicing or purchasing it will be here.

Shane's commitment to customer service is unmatched. Needed a license plate bulb for the bike. Not only did Shane order it for me, but he even installed it for me. In NYC they would have told me to do it myself (while adding a few choice words I won't type here). Shane's simple above-and-beyond gesture guaranteed a customer for life

I have stopped doing business with other dealers in san antonio primarily based on the customer service i have recieved from Shane, their parts guy. Every single time he has promised me a call back to check on a part or ANYTHING, I always get a call back. Not days later like other places. Cycle rider definitely has my respect and my business.

Went in to see a bike I liked on the website. Ended up buying an 2014 DL1000 Adventure that looks and rides like brand new. They took very good care of the bike before and during the sale. Performed full maintenance before I took possession and were extremely pleasant to do business with.

I bought by first motorcycle from them and it was an enjoyable and easy experience. It was a Buell Blast and was reasonably priced. They had done some work to it to make it roadworthy such as new tires, carb clean, and a few other things so I was getting a reliable bike.

Everyone I dealt with was polite and nice to work with. There was no pressure to buy anything in particular and I would go back there to buy my next bike.

Only issue I had was that the financial department forgot to charge me a $100 fee (I believe it was a doc fee) so the final paperwork was inaccurate. They called me to let

My husband Murray and I went and picked up our Gold Wing yesterday!
We found the bike online and they were great to work with. They made everything incredibly easy to do over the phone. We walked in with the check and within an hour had the keys to the bike and ready to roll!
Murray and Mary were so friendly and willing to answer any questions we had.

Took a Harley in for a replacement of a tire. Forgot who I talked to, but everyone was nice. The mechanic had a stomach virus and was advise to leave my bike there till the next day, Well he changed his mind and decided to do it right then and there. I really appreciated it. Took almost an hour and the price was good compared to a main dealership. If anything else comes up, I'm taking my bike and will recommend others here. Thanks again.

Steve ("Mossrider") in the Parts Dept is a stand-up guy who really cares about the customer. Dont expect to be able to negotiate on motorcycle pricing, but then the pricing is very reasonable to begin with.
