Most places are helpful and friendly when selling you something, but that comes to a screeching halt as soon as they have your money. So I gave it a couple weeks after purchasing my motorcycle before doing this review. So far Mission City has held up great.
Always helpful, attentive, and timely. My plates and accessories arrived within 10 days after order and the FTR is just an absolute fun bike to ride with impressive fit and finish. I really like that Mission city offers rentals instead of test rides. This allowed me to ride the bike all day and get a better feel for the machine and ride experience

My experience with Mission City was Superb!
From the first staff members Greet to the last hand shake before leaving.
The staff was attentive, friendly and around if you needed any help. (I think the hardest decision to make was picking out some Rad appeal! They have a Great selection!)
These Guys know their stuff and it showed with the informative walk through and make ready of the bike.
I love my Indian Scout Bobber, From the sleek design to the power and smooth ride.

Mission has really earned my trust and my business! They always take care of me. We had a rough go roughly 3 years ago when I tried to buy my Chieftain, but they sure have changed for the better In so many ways!
Jeremy in the service department always shoots me straight. Omar is a master Tech who does a fantastic job every time he has worked on my bike. The whole team has really made sure I get taken care of. They replaced my VCM free of charge when others tried to railroad me and charge me for a part that failed due to a product deficiency.

This was going to be a ONE STAR review but it was completely salvaged by Adam. We rode 3 1/2 hours to test drive a used BMW R18. Adam told me when I made the appointment four days prior that there would be some paper work and I would be made an offer to purchase the bike. I informed him 2 times in our conversation that I was NOT going to purchase the bike that day. Period. I told him I had no desire to have to deal with a pushy salesman. My buddies and I rode down. Arrived at the proper time. I gave him the info. Then after 40 minutes Zach (sales manager) comes out with a post it note with a price

Buying during this pandemic has been quite the adjustment for everyone, but Mission City got things figured out pretty quickly to continue to serve their customers. The entire process from first contact, to negotiations, to delivery were excellent. They are VERY fair in their prices and did a great job to make sure i was happy with everything. Kudos to Christina for taking the time to answer all of my many questions, and making the process as smooth as possible for me

I've visited the store several times during my trips to Austin and San Antonio. This is a great shop with a wonderful selection of bikes and just an overall fun place to stop and take a look around. Management and the sales staff were fantastic and very helpful, no pressure. They went the extra mile in assisting me on building my own personalized Indian. I appreciate businesses like these and will definitely get my next bike there without question. A+
