As a new patient I was happy to see all the positive reviews. I went in today for my 3:30 appointment and really needed this follow up due to some possible big health issues following an ER visit. I waited until 4:15 then went up to see how much longer because I needed to pick my son up from school. The front desk girl was so rude. She came back up after "asking" and acted like I was a ghost until I asked if she found out (she didn't). I then told her I'd just need to reschedule and her and her co worker just laugh as I was explaining that they told me the appointment would

I have been a patient of Dr.Damaj for years. He is the best physician in Las Vegas. His staff is awesome too. Dr.Damaj is very caring, excellent doctor. Takes his time answering my questions.I never feel rushed when I go to see him. The office always gets back to me with my test results. No other doctor does this. NEVER! He is a wonderful person. He's always smiling and very pleasant and great manners. I would not go any where else. I never wait long at all either. But if I would he's worth the wait. I have been a patient of Dr. Damaj for 10 plus years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. As soon as he walks into the treatment room, you're greeted with a warm, yet concerned smile. He never rushes me and never leaves the room until you're finished speaking, which is very uncommon, considering how busy his practice is.
He always hand picks the best staff, ready to greet you and handle your needs immediately.
I would highly recommend him, and have, to all my friends.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Dr. Damaj is great --if you can get to him.
After going to him for a few years, I finally had to call it quits when my insurance changed. I had an appointment at 1pm... not sure why considering they didn't open their doors up after lunch until 1:10pm. I greeted a woman (*not greeted by) whom might benefit from some much needed customer service classes. She said she would need to verify my insurance information and says to wait.
After waiting 20 mins and seeing three people go in for the same doctor (their appointments scheduled after mine) I approached

I have been with Dr Damaj since he opened. I understand the frustration with not being able to get thru! They went thru a period of using an outside answering service it was horrendous! They have since moved to a much larger office and have always gotten my calls! I have also been able to get an appointment fast with the PA a little longer with Dr Damaj. With that being said Dr Damaj is been the best Dr i have ever had! Nice great bedside manner always helpful and knows what he is doing. If you are looking for a great Dr and can deal with it being a bit over loaded do yourself a favor and try

Been here twice now and this will be our last visit to see Dr. Saad in ste 301. Appointment time is 915 but don't see the doctor for over 90 minutes on both visits. When I ask what's going on and explain that we have been waiting at our hour mark, the excuse is diabetic patients take a little longer and we need to wait longer. They need to stop taking appointments at their current interval

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Damaj for a few years now. He is amazing. He seriously goes over and beyond with his care for his patience. However I can not stress enough how much his staff is terrible. I’m a diabetic and unfortunately I live on the other side of town. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for the staff to have my Dr. change my insulin prescriptions I have called multiple times left messages and spoken to staff. Nothing he even gave me an email to contact. I see Kelly Fink and she has been amazing! It's been a long time since I've had a physician that isn't a military Dr and she has been so attentive and helpful listening to my concerns. Although I will admit it is sometimes hard to get through to the office on the phone, I have never had anyone be rude or disrespectful to me. The front office ladies are extremely busy because it's a busy office but they have always been nice and helpful when checking in. As someone that just wanted a Dr to listen to concerns and not feel like just another patient, I completely trust and recommend

These 1 Star comments just blow my mind. I've been a patient of Dr Damaj for over 12 yrs. Actually when he only had 3 people running his office. I've never had an issue w/Dr Damaj. He's thorough, listens to what your chief health issue is, and does referrals needed, xrays, ect... I wish there were more doctors like Dr Damaj. I will continue being a patient of Dr Damaj.

Dr. Damaj is an outstanding doctor. Kelly Fink is also an exceptional PA. Dr. Rola Saad is the best pediatric endo in So NV and she did amazing work with my son. We have been with this practice for over a decade. It is devastating when you cannot get through to make even an appointment. I have left 3 voice messages, and sent 1 e mail. Three weeks later, I still have not gotten ANY response.

Kelly Fink, F.N.P. and her assistant were great, but the office is ridiculous to work with. I had to call 3 times, with an average hold time of 35 minutes each time just to get blood results, after the office had them for 3 full days. The girls on the phone were exasperated every time I asked questions, and told me my results weren’t in my chart, when in fact the office had them for days. Messages were returned 2 full days later. If you need more than a one time visit for antibiotics, go somewhere else. Trying to get answers or any communication from this office is like banging your head against

I ran out of the medication I take and needed a refill. This particular medication cannot be stopped abruptly. Well, I called the office and was on hold for 20 minutes. At the 20 minute mark, someone picks up the phone and says "hold please" and puts me back on hold! I then waited for another 40 minutes when someone finally picked up the phone.
I gave the woman all my info. She said she would give the message to the appropriate person and have someone

If you go to the website for Horizon View Medical Center you'll see a picture that shows Dr. Damaj and three other physicians. That picture is from many years ago. In my opinion that picture is an extreme case of false advertising. The only doctor at Horizon View Medical Center is Dr. Damaj.

Good luck getting through to office staff. You will wait 20 minutes plus only to have phone picked up and hung up.
Don,t make a let appointment either as they overbooks appts to maximize profits...easy hour plus wait.
Its a money machine operation...get em in, get em out and give no post visit support.

Dr. Damaj is great, never had problems with him and he is a good doctor. However, the office is absolutely terrible. Unless you have an appointment, they are extremely difficult to reach and expect to be on hold for almost 25-30 min. My medical insurance requires that my primary refers me to certain specialists, and each time it's a hassle to get a simple approval from their office. Most of the time I speak to the lady in the front, she says she's the only one. When I ask to get a referral or for them to send over anything regarding me, it takes them very long and they don't even

My daughter is a patient and the pediatric endocrinology office in this medical center. This is absolut worst doctors office I've ever delt with in my life. And my daughter and I have seen many! You rarely speak to the actual office. It's an operator who takes messages!! They consistently send my daughters medication to the wrong pharmacy. I have provided the Information a few times (including in person). And they still send it to the wrong place!! The last time they sent the wrong dose to the wrong place. The epitome of incompetence. I would highly recommend you go anywhere but here!!

If you are looking for an excellent primary care physician in Las Vegas, Dr. Damaj is wonderful. As a fellow physician, I had the unique opportunity to watch how he cared for his complicated hospital inpatients and read through his recommendations. For myself, I look for a doctor who is knowledgeable by keeping up with current literature and practices the latest guidelines, listens to my needs (not necessarily all my wants), and is thorough. I wouldn't go back if my life depended on it. Rude, unorganized, unhelpful. The PA I saw rolled her eyes any my symptoms, even after an abnormal EKG. They lost my labs and pointed fingers at each other.
You are better off googling your symptoms and treating yourself, which I am guessing is what everyone does since "Google isn't your doctor" is posted all over the dump.

I saw Dr. Damaj after a lady I know told me to go see him because my other doctor didn't like the fact I know my body.
The office staff are nice, that's about it. Completely unorganized and packed like sardines in a small office. I stopped seeing him last year because he cut me off my Klonopin (1.5mg/day) to Ativan 0.5mg/day! Worst bedside manner and even mocked me that all I wanted was drugs.
I felt horrible in this office, he doesn't listen to what you have to say and if he does listen he's either a) making you feel bad about yourself or b) takes for f*cking ever.

HORRIBLE! I wish I could give this doctor 0 stars. I had a colonoscopy scheduled & the receptionist FORGOT to schedule it w/ the hospital. I missed 3 days of work (prep,procedure,recovery) & didn't eat for 2 days. The receptionist refused to help me find a solution and told me to just reschedule. I went to the ER where I didn't eat for another 4 days & after getting my results, Dr. Saud said, "I'm not sure what you have but let's put you on steroids to calm the inflammation." I'm in my 30s and have lived in multiple states throughout the country and have never experienced anything like this. I recently had to change health insurance and I have an urgent (and painful) need to see a chiropractor, but since the new health insurance is a HMO, they need me to pick a primary care physician to get a referral to see a chiropractor, even though I've been seeing chiropractors for nearly 10 years. Trying to get an appointment via phone is one of the most difficult things. Typically when I call, I'm on hold at least an hour and by then I give up and hang up. Leaving a message can work sometimes, but you never know when you'll be called back to make an appt. I wish there was an easier to schedule. Online scheduling would be wonderful OR another way to do it so I can get in. (I would give this 5 stars except for the scheduling).

I guess I can HONESTLY state THEY NEVER answer their phone! So I am not sure how their patients get taken care of, or get in for an apt. Your needs are NOT even a passing thought to their office staff. My Doctor has left them, and I cannot even get my records. My OWN CIVIL RIGHT to get MY MEDICAL records, I cannot get. WOW!!
