Mashcole currently manages multiunit apartment complexes throughout the State, with assets as far North as Fresno, South to Oceanside, East to Palm Desert and West to the sands of the beach. Been living in our unit for a year until this company took over. It took over a month for them to get any type of cleaning service for the building and and gardening services. We used to get cleaning service twice a week with the previous management. The main entrance also needed to be fixed and when it was done The key changed and we never got a key for it. The building also doesn't have any working emergency lighting which is a huge concern. We found that out when there was a power outage a month ago and were waking through pitch black hallways. Just recently our AC unit went out and took a week

Horrible property manager don’t rent any apartments on Woodman Ave. I’ve been missing my mail for a month because management stopped mail without notice. They replace the mailboxes and did not provide and tenants with new mailbox keys. Been trying to contact them for 5 days with no response. This was the poorest experience I have had with a property management company- particularly, Julia Eickhoff. I emailed Julia earlier this week to see if I could make an appointment to view a unit. I wanted to make an appointment with her because I was traveling from out of town. She said to message her the night before instead of make an appointment.

I have lived at my unit a little over a year and have had an over all great experience up until now. Ive accidentally paid my rent twice using the third party app that is affiliated with Mashcole. I have reached out to the company regarding a refund and have been told that is taken up with Mashcole (which is understandable) just for Mashcole to basically give me the run around, tell me they'd call me back, and that the affiliated company can refund me which makes no sense because Mashcole now has my money. Apparently no one cares because its not their money.

I thank Mashcole for helping me find a place to live! The reason I don't think it deserves any stars is because the managers seem to have a lot of work in their hands with little help from their managers and supervisors. I never hear back from the supervisors no matter how many emails I send. Also, managers get reassigned if tenants keep harassing them (send many emails or calls).

When me and my husband moved into our apartments we had a wonderful manager Jennifer Barney. She made you feel welcomed and that you where home. It was a community full of happiness. Unfortunately she left and we got a new manager. She is rude when talking to you. The apartments have not felt like home what so ever. Many people have had problems with her. It's just not a place to live anymore. We are moving out. I hope you bring Jenn back so that people will want to rent here again. Also I have emailed mashcole property concerning an incident that happened and never heard anything back. Very disappointing
