Archways Real Estate Services, Inc. was founded by Rusty Heyman, who has over 19 years of real estate experience specializing in Multi-Family. Archways is founded on the principles of integrity and innovation in property management and real estate services. Our objective is to achieve the long term goals of property owners, maximize the income of properties and preserve and increase the value of assets under management.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Please do not send resume if you do not meet this criteria. A valid drivers license and evidence of insurance will be needed.
Bedbugs are a problem that is growing. These insects are very well adapted to living in apartment buildings. It is very important to treat aggressively as soon as there is any indication that the pests might be in a building. At Archways, we have developed the following checklist so that tenants may prepare for treatment.
I just wanted to let you know what a stellar job you are doing on our building. We really appreciate all your insight, service, integrity and take charge attitude that you have displayed on our building. When our water heater broke down you immediately informed us that is was still under warranty and this saved us money.
1. Contact Archways at arely@archwaysmanagement.com, or call Arely at (818) 292 8728 x304, and request that a Tenant Portal activation email be sent to you. You are logged into your Tenant Portal and are ready to make payments and maintenance requests. A: Online payments are essentially electronic checks/wire transfers; you need an active checking or saving account and the Routing number and Account number of the account to setup the service.

They let garbage pile up, allow upstairs tenants to have hardwood floors despite HOA rules saying they can't. It'a funny, they schedule a walk through of the unit and I hear my upstairs neighbor move area rugs in. They leave and she moves them back out. I have 2 spots with my condo..that I paid for..but they are refusing to give me the second spot. Shrubs die, they ignore requests to replace. All they do is take your money and do nothing.

Tom Schenkel Manages the Timber Ridge Association. He does nothing for the association but take our money and keep raising our dues! Why does the dues keep going up but nothing is getting worked on? The finances are upside down in the community, and the HOMEOWNERS need to start working on getting him OUT!!! Basic security needs such as light bulbs are not even being replaced in a timely manner. As of October 1, 2021 all homeowners will be responsible for the roofs. What has been done with the money all these years? When was the last time a reserve study been done? He’s half repairing stuff. Tom Schenkel is unbelievable rude and I’m not understanding how he’s allowed to talk to owners in the complexes he “manages.” I had an issue with people parking in an illegal spot in front of my property. While trying to explain that I have a large car he talked over and continued to be passive aggressive stating the board is “one vote away from making it a legal spot and I’ll have to make adjustments to how I drive.” I told him I will not be liable if I hit a car that’s parked illegally. I was very disappointed of the service I received recently. Thomas was very rude and aggressive when I called in for a simple question. That type of customer service is unacceptable.

This company is a bunch of crooks they swindle any penny of what you might owe and make false claims and accusations to impose penalties against your unit. So that this way they can keep up on there debt collections as a whole.
