I look d for one reason but as a client searching on a mobile device , this is confusing and not a clear picture or easy access .

My mother in law rented from these guys, she liked her apartment & everything but the level of professionalism was less than impressive. for weeks prior to her moving, her granddaughter had tried to get in touch with (Dawn) but to no avail. no response was ever given. Then, after she moved i needed to do some cleaning and move a few items out & when i originally called i was told there was no rush and they understood the predicament. 4 days later (Dawn) was very rude & disrespectful to me, rushing me to get the keys turned in, so I told her i planned on turning them in once i cleaned the unit over

I wouldn't recommend anybody to to go to these people we got a apartment in Ignacio it had mold in it was making my grandkids sick she was supposed to get the carpets clean before we moved in and never did it looked better wen we moved out then wen we moved in and only gave 300 and some back out of 798 we had to put down there was people in it before we moved in that said they kept there whole deposit and that they did know about the mold so if u want hatefulness from these women then ur gonna be unsatisfied I promise u that those women or rude and lazy I will never use the people again they don

After a terrible experience with my previous "property managers," it was extremely pleasant working with Dawn and her team. They seemed legitimately concerned with helping us find a place to live, not just getting our money. It has been nothing but a positive experience, and I would highly recommend renting from Durango Property Management.
UPDATE: After renting from DPM for about a year now, I still recommend them. They have great communication and are very easy to get along with.
