Services
Our Main House is 4,900 square feet and normally accommodates 10 guests. Our Guest Unit is 1,800 square feet and houses 6 guests. To accommodate slightly larger groups, we do have an additional trundle bed in the game room and can provide portable beds and cribs.

Nice guest house with great views and convenient location to Durango and other hiking trails and natural parks. Definitely could use some upgrades to make this a 5 star property. Clean bathrooms and bedrooms and a good size deck and central room to interact if larger groups. Need to bring your own toiletries.
