Steve was responsive, professional, clear, and concise about the situation with my computer and spoke in a manner that I could understand. He was easy to work with, and his soft-spoken but confident demeanor immediately earned my trust. In the end, he achieved what three others said was impossible or failed to do when it came to retrieving files from a failed hard drive on my PC.
