Literally the worst experience possible with our two small bathroom remodels. Grossly late on schedule - took months longer than planned. He was extremely difficult to get a hold of or communicate at all during the whole process. He provided no advice - when anything new popped up, instead of providing alternative ideas, he just disappeared. His workers were FILTHY, it was impossible to live in any bedrooms near the bathrooms, so my whole family had to live in the basement for 13 weeks - we had to get 3 professional cleaners right after and a year later, I am still finding drywall dust in places

We hired JEMCO to do a remodel of our basement. They installed a wall, new flooring, moved electrical, fixed air vents in our bathroom, and painted. John and his crew were very professional and the work they did was high quality. We were pleased with his competitive rates and his willingness to answer our questions about materials and remodel options. We would definitely recommend John and would work with him again.

Jemco Properties did a great job fixing an inside and outside wall in our row house, including replacing drywall, repairing trim, adding crown molding, moving an electric outlet, and painting. John and his crew were extremely professional and kept us informed of each step in the process. They were even able to complete the job ahead of schedule and, best of all, cleaned up completely at the end of each day. I plan to call Jemco for our next home improvement process.
