KingCaire construction recently completed the facade restoration of a nineteenth century Victorian row house in Northwest DC. The imposing, two-story brick row house had been modernized some years. Many older homes have a small galley-style kitchen separated from the dining room by a wall. This configuration is inconvenient and inefficient.
Client satisfaction with a job well done is a cornerstone of our business. Some of our customers have shared the story of our services with us and we are sharing them with you here. I wanted to have a carport built next to, and somewhat in front of, my home. Kingcaire came out and met with me to do a quick measurement and sketch; he followed up by going to the Planning Dept to see if my carport would be permissable.

KIngCaire carried out a major seven month remodeling project on our large older house (over 100 years old) and did a superb job. Although we had an architect design the project, a number of unforseen challenges came up that were not apparent in the planning stages, such as some significant structural issues behind walls. Billy readily adapted to these and implemented very sensible, effective, and economical solutions, and kept this complex project on track. The site won't let me give Kingcaire construction a 6-star rating, but would if I could. We just completed an extensive renovation of our 100-year old home that ultimately involved all 4 floors and are thrilled with the results thanks to Billy and his team's skill, expertise and attention to detail. His team was our first choice from the start and will be for any future projects we may have.

I used Kingcaire Construction for some remodeling and Renovation work on my home in Potomac. The schedule was critical as we were putting our home on the market due to having to re-locate for work.
Billy identified some critical items which were needed to be completed in order to give added value to the home.

Excellent work on enclosing a porch area off our kitchen (under a second-floor balcony) in fall 2019. High quality work done with an eye towards our special needs (using metal screens that might be more resistant to our cats, doing separate panels for each of replacement if ever needed, etc.). They appeared on time and did the work well and in a timely fashion despite weather. They are friendly and courteous. Also fixed a grading issue in the front of our house by installing a french drain when it turned out simple grading could not do enough (they are good at solving problems efficiently and communicating
