Do not listen to what they are being told about insurance coverage we have. Said they spoke with insurer and there was a copay which there was not. I called insurer. They told me we did not have a copay and no one from Agawam medical ever called them

Great job calling patients and then they support. They have a great team to help out. They are good communication with patients and be on top of the insurance company to get approved and doctor. Keep a great job. God bless all and family members.😊😊😊😊

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Waited over a MONTH for supplies only to find they never ordered them!
Waited a month and a half for some supplies to be approved by insurance and sent out, only to find that the order was never placed. They had all the forms they needed, yet couldn't manage to put in a simple order.
I've had problems with getting supplies in a timely manner right from the get go . . .
UNACCEPTABLE!!

Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. They make you do all the work between the doctor and you, they don’t call back, they wouldn’t help me when someone left me a voicemail. I called back 5 min later that person had left for the day and NO ONE would help me to get an RX refilled

I think this company is great, staff is very nice and helpful. They have a very big variety of medical supplies for a decent price, I’ve been ordering from them for a few months now with no problems. For a local business with lots of customers, I’d say they do a great job. Definitely recommended!

My order sometimes is wrong catheters but they do quickly

We got emergency medical supplies through Agawam ordered by VNA hospice and could not have appreciated the delivery personnel more (Gerald especially and Joe) .....they were considerate, effective, set up and explained everything and felt like part of our family for the brief time they were here. We will always remember them and were grateful for their support and help. Thank you again!

My husband who is a double amputee was fitted in February for a power chair and they are saying it's our fault that the insurance lapsed which it never should've because we paid the premium. They dont take responsibility for their mistakes that they make and they lie constantly. I just called to check on power chair that was supposed to be delivered today, but apparently now it's just been ordered and has to be put together and so on, and it takes time and blah blah blah.....STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.. WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN FOR ANYTHING AFTER WE GET THIS CHAIR...

Stay far far away from this place I’ve been dealing with them for years and it’s only because I have no where else to go they are never on time rude to customers have no customer service skills for deliveries that come monthly they just show up at your house and expect you to be home with out setting up an appointment and if your not home it’s your fault and they send your medical supplies back like I said before no customer service skills and absolutely does not care about there clients they just want to your money and look at it they bill your insurance I bet there’s a few extra charges

I had a horrible experience with this company. Nicole in customer service was very polite but they claimed that the wheelchair back was not covered under warranty when it was never inspected for warranty coverage and they had to back track their story when I questioned them and got the manufacturer involved, it took them weeks to get back to me, I had to persistently call about the product coming in and was even told the product wasn't in when it had been delivered the week before. Very unhappy and would not this company to anyone.
