I’ve made several attempts at getting Stephen Gaige to come out and look at the washer that he has already repaired, since it is back to its old ways of moving to the middle of the room during washing cycles.
Maybe the work isn’t covered under any type of warranty or guarantee, but it would be nice to have better communication. My last text (and video) to him was “read” but not responded to, and that was over a week ago.

I have had varied experiences with different appliance service companies over the years. Most were what I would call "acceptable", but Gaige is a cut above. You expect expertise, promptness, and issue resolution, but these guys are quick to diagnose issues and set expectations up front on what to expect. They also communicate well with customers without talking down to them. I could not be happier with the service I have received from Gaige and will always be using them for my appliance repair needs.

I like to give credit where credit is due and I have to give props to Stephen Gaige of Gaige Appliance Repair. He is knowledgeable, competent, fair and kind. All the things I look for in a repairman. I never worry that I'm paying more than I should and I know the repair will be done in a timely and efficient manner. So thankful to have found a trustworthy repairman. 🙂

GAIGE APPLIANCE REPAIR service was excellent. The Technician patiently worked on the problem, explained the problem and how he plans to fix it. I would rate them five stars plus if I could. The technician was very courteous and took all safety/health precautions. The turnaround time to fix the dishwasher was amazing
