Great service upfront but SCAMMY on the backend. Avoid at all cost!!!
Cancelled my insurance in August of 2019, have the email communication and a signed doc to confirm and thought it was all taken care of. Come March, I get an automatic email about my renewal. Immediately emailed back to remind them I had cancelled last year - no response.
Automatic email in April telling me I will be charged for my renewal. Called and email them again - no response despite getting an auto reply that my email triggered a service ticket that I will get a response in 24 hours. Figured they were slow to respond

I needed home insurance in a bind as I am finishing the construction on my home, and I needed updated home insurance ASAP for the bank.
I tried contacting my insurance agency and kept getting my the answering machine.
I googled Insurance and Click came up... I called them and spoke to Sebastian. He and Matt got back to me and gave me three different options for home insurance which I was amazed by as my old insurance company always gave me one option. I was also able to get an even bigger discount by moving my car insurance to Click.
