Every time I have had an issue, they were right there for me....responded immediately, got the answers I needed, and even took action on my behalf. They go above and beyond every single time. WTPhelan is amazing. They are always available when I have questions about coverage or need to make changes. My agent in particular is very diligent about noticing and notifying me if she thinks I need to make updates to my policy. She has always been there to walk me through things step by step. She explains things in clear understandable ways for those of us who don’t speak Insurance! They are priced right and offer many other benefits to go along with your policy. Highly recommend them!

Stay far away from this place! They continually don't return phone calls and emails which is not only frustrating but it has cost us money and added some serious liablity. When we asked them to review one of the 4 policies we have with them, they waited 3 months before getting back to us by which point the policy had already renewed and there would be a penalty to cancel it. We also asked for our AAA discount to be applied- it took almost a year for this to be done!!!! Most recently, they informed us that our homeowner's insurance was put into the system incorrectly and for the past YEAR
