The only concern that I have on this clinic is there deep cleaning job. The cleaning of my teeth was done poorly today. As if, it was not a deep cleaning. It was done more or less 20 min. I paid for $$$150 + I was NOT satisfied. I hope all the hygienist in this clinic have the same dedication to do their jobs well. Like who did the deep cleaning of my wife today as well. However, after five years of being a patient and receiving the same care each time I came in, I was told I must perform a test that I refused — the same refusal I’ve always given over the past five years — and I’ve always received full services. Because of my refusal, they told me they would not clean my teeth. So I left, and asked that Marcus (the office manager) call me back. Don’t use this place. Your just a number here and the orthodontists are contracted and change frequently. Scheduling appointments is impossible just for routine maintenance for braces. They can’t get you in for months and the system try’s to terminate treatment because you can’t get in. You will never get call backs when attempting to schedule. I’m extremely disappointed with this place. My child is just a number here and the only thing consistent is the monthly payments they auto draft for said treatment. Find somewhere that cares about you and your children’s oral care.

I brought my mother here and it was my first time coming to this office. It was clean and the office staff was really nice. My mom gets high anxiety at dentists offices and avoiding the dentist would be an understatement. However the woman named Ashley got my mom settled in and did an amazing job at calming her nerves. Doctor Prak was great and didn’t raise her anxiety any which is rare for my mom. I really appreciate how calming of a place this could be for a dental office! Thank you Ashley and Dr. Prak for making sure we were taken care of! Highly recommend.

My husband and I visited Atascocita Modern Dentistry. Highly recommend this clinic as the staff is extremely friendly. We got Dr. Chahal and his assistant Ana was very attentive to our needs, explained the process of the work that we were about to receive and diminished our anxiety for the procedure needed for our dental work. Ana demonstrated professionalism and it shows her enthusiasm about her role within Atascocita Modern Dentistry.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Chahal, she is so wonderful. Excellent attention to detail and care of her patients. I've always been afraid of dental procedures but she is so careful that even the anesthesia shots don't hurt. She really listens to my concerns and makes sure It is taken care of. Recommend her 1000%!!

I had a procedure done and Sergio was phenomenal. The financial people were amazing. However, I had to deal with Marcus the “office manager” who made the whole experience unpleasant. Marcus was unprofessional, extremely rude , and overall had a nasty sarcastic attitude. There had been an issue with my insurance which I was was told by the financial… department it would be resolved unfortunately I was unable to reach them since they were never in the office the few times I attempted to reach out. I had to deal with Marcus. When I told him I did not like the way he was speaking

Having work done at this office was absolutely the biggest mistake of my life! I had four veneers placed on my front teeth. Within a couple of weeks, one fell out. After a few more weeks, two more fell out. Having them replaced by a different dentist in the office was an extremely difficult process. I went months with either no front teeth, or ugly, stained temporary veneers. The one veneer that actually stayed in is uncomfortable, with rough edges that stick into the inside of my lip. As if that wasn't enough of a nightmare, the payment plan set up by the office was intentionally designed

This is your health! I went today for a cleaning. One of the staff wasn't wearing a mask, no one checked my temperature or screened me for COVID, patients waiting in the lobby without masks, and I did not see anyone sanitize or clean any area. There are far better dental offices in Houston. I would not recommend you risk your health.

I would advise anyone to avoid this office due to poor clinical & business practices. I allowed one of their dentists to apply veneers to my four front teeth about two years ago. After about 2 weeks, one just… fell out & after around 2 months two more fell out. I was informed that the dentist had made them incorrectly, laying flat against the teeth instead of wrapping around under the tooth. The process of having them corrected was very inconvenient, costing me much time & embarrassment (due to walking around with missing front teeth). I agreed to pay $172 per month "interest

Dentists are often trying to get as much money as they can from you, but this one is one of those and the most manipulative out of all. Already had some issues with their lack of communication amongst themselves regarding scheduled appointments. Would show up just to be told I didn't have an appointment, which I did. No stars!! I came here about a month ago or so because I had previously had a root canal (not at this dentist), my concern was for them to look at it because I needed a crown. It was not bothering me at all, but I wanted it to be looked at. My insurance does not cover dental so everything of course, was out of pocket. The Dentist seen me in less than 5 minutes and told me my tooth was cracked and that it needed to be removed completely. I was in shock, but of course I always go for second opinions. I've been here two times. They did a FANTASTIC job on my last minute root canal before an out of state trip and my wisdom teeth removal experience went above and beyond what I was expecting. I made my "emergency" appointment online because I was afraid of the wisdom tooth coming through, the one that was hurting, was maybe causing an infection. I made the appointment late Sunday night and somebody personally called me and I went in for an appointment Monday afternoon and was lucky enough to get them removed the very next day.

Dr. Chiang is amazing. She is friendly, kind and very personable. She is truly the best dentist I have ever seen.

Just got braces for my daughter and tried to schedule first adjustment. If I had known the Ortho practice is only there on Monday and Thursday 9-5, I would have gone elsewhere. Plenty of area orthodontists in the area. Not convenient. Additionally, ortho patient load seems high given the long wait times and limited hours of operation.

It's been a year and I think these guys have improved a lot. So I'm increasing their rating. Front desk helpful and friendly. Hygienist nice and professional. And when I call they actually pick up now. While I've twice been charged for stuff I didn't request, they did the honorable thing and didn't charge me for it. Kids checkup is now more thorough too.
