One condo is on the 4th floor, and the other is a 6th (top floor) end corner unit. Each is a 2-bedroom 2-bath vacation condo fully equipped and turn key, so just bring your clothes.

The Beach Trolley runs the entire length of Fort Myers Beach and stops right in front of the building.

Go Jet skiing or Parasailing. Rent a boat or join a fishing adventure. Enjoy a variety of golf courses or rent a bike. Take the Key West high speed Hydrofoil for a fun outing to the land of Margaritaville. Go for a walk on the beach and see a ton of wildlife from migrating birds to our protected sea turtles.
Newly remodeled heated swimming pool and deck area are steps from the beach. Spotless brand new laundry facility has large capacity washers and dryers as well as folding areas. The elevator is about 50 feet from my front door, and you have use of a clothes valet cart and shopping carts. There is a Rec Room with fully equipped kitchen that can be reserved for large gatherings, and it houses a nice collection of books and magazines.
