We make sure you're taken care of during your stay. Four beach towels are provided in each room for our guests. All linen and towels are supplied and exchanged on Tuesday and Saturdays. Each unit is fully equipped with everything you should need to make your vacation stay at Pointe South Condominium as relaxing as possible.

Services
Online booking is available 24/7 or you can make your reservation by phone between 9:00 am - 4:00 pm - 7 Days a week. Overcrowding or misrepresentation is grounds for immediate eviction without refund. Only the person listed on the confirmation may obtain keys and parking permit, and must occupy the unit for the entire length of stay.

Pointe South is the best, and we keep coming back!
Beautiful views; gorgeous, clean rooms; amazingly well-kept grounds; friendly, helpful staff.
Best balconies on the whole stretch -- balconies are twice as wide as the neighboring buildings.
The beach here is spectacular, and you can walk miles in either direction. Publix grocery store is 5 minute walk.
It's a quieter section of the beach, away from the "Times Square" liveliness, which we prefer.
Highly recommend!

Wonderful condominiums right on Ft. Meyers Beach! One of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed. Very well maintained property and super nice and attentive management team! It really is great to enjoy a pool right on the beach, and our view from our balcony is second to none. We will definitely try to stay here every time we come to visit in the future.
