Gulf Beach #103 View Gulf Beach Condominium is our smallest complex with only 14 Gulf Front units. Gulf Beach is located on a quiet part of the beach, just a short walk to the lighthouse & fishing pier. Sand Pointe has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, & Keurig Coffee Brewer. Great view from the wide lanai of the gulf & beach.

Oh, it had gorgeous, white sand beaches and warm weather, but the overbuilt, high rise developed coastline did not appeal to us. The beaches were crowded and there was not a tropical feel to the vacation spots we visited. We found that the highest "high rises" on Sanibel were only 45 feet and that over 40% (now 70%!) of the island was set aside for conservation and refuge purposes.
Over 67% of Sanibel Island is preserved lands with tropical birds and animals everywhere. You will find that Sanibel has no high-rise condominium nor are there any stoplights on the island. Lean back and enjoy Sanibel Island's unique, relaxing ambiance. Our Gulf Beach condo is located near the east end of Sanibel just a short walk from the old Sanibel fishing pier and lighthouse.
In a recent stay at our condo, we explored the availability of outdoor seating at Sanibel Island restaurants. Crowds are thinnest early and late. Here are the locations that we found and visited:. Large outdoor seating area with overhead fans at the Captiva location and wrap around outdoor balcony with fans on Sanibel.

It was absolutely all that was advertised! Very nice, clean and well maintained. Everything you need for a wonderful vacation! Close enough to the beach to hear the waves. Parking is close to unit and the island is a dream come true for exploring the shops and of course the lighthouse and the beaches. We loved it!!! We were at Gulf Beach 107 and it couldn't have been better!!

Wonderful condo unit! We stayed at Gulf Beach 103 and could not have been more pleased with our accommodations! The unit was clean and incredibly well equipped. The condo complex was quiet and the unit has a designated parking spot under the unit, so it's nice and shaded. Nearly forgot to mention the best part.... the VIEW! As you walk through the front door the first thing you see if the gorgeous turquoise blue water!
