Probably the practice is new, (giving excuses is the best training), many operation challenges, multiple answering services (outsourced), staff shortages, telephones don't get answered, ordered twice incomplete lab requests, privacy issues with exam rooms thin walls (anyone can hear other patients' private, very-personal health issues), long waits, and so on... definitely time to look for a more reliable team to continue a previous successful treatment of ~4 years which they were against to continue. The worst service received, I called to make an appointment as a new patient and the one that attended me was super rude, she put me on hold every two minutes and had me waiting for more than 15 minutes in Hold on the phone. they are treated with respect and professionalism first and foremost. They must be a little more concerned with the patients. And to complete I hang up the phone and he did not confirm the appointment and he did not make the appointment, I mean, very bad service.

ZERO stars (even though it wouldn't let me post this without falsely giving them one star). this is the absolute *worst* medical experience I've ever had. every person I encountered was highly unprofessional, nearly to the point of breaking HIPA laws. I have never been so embarrassed in a doctor's office in my entire life. If I had to choose between staying sick and this being the only game in town? I'd stay sick. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I LOVE seeing Dr. NP Jessie. She is so nice and explains thing really well and is so patient with me when I’m having trouble with words. The appointments are always on time, never rushed, and she’s funny, amicable, and so so knowledgeable. She tells you what tests she’s ordering and why and always explains the results in detail and is really encouraging when talking about the next steps. I’m never scared of seeing her even though I’m scared of most doctors. She really makes me feel comfortable. Best Doc Ever.

I'm very frustrated with this practice. I picked Dr. Phillips because of the positive reviews but in July I was informed by my insurance that she is no longer contracted with cigna Medicare. I called the office and they reassure me that she will renew her contract in August. I HAD TO CANCEL UPCOMING PROCEDURES BECAUSE OF THIS. Now I'm told by the office I have to wait to October. This is overwhelming to me. I don't recommend this practice

I highly recommend Dr Phillips Medical Wellness Center! I was in search of a new Primary Physican and decided on trying this practice. I am very glad I did. They have several doctors available, the receptionist scheduled me with Dr. Anielka Rodriguez and I have been very impressed with her on all multiple visits. She is very professional, kind and compassionate! In fact everyone in the office, the staff and all are very nice! The office and building are brand new & squeaky clean. You should give them a try!

My experience with Dr. Maureen was incredible. She was super busy and still dedicate myself the necessary time. It was my first time in the office and the truth was they were all very friendly, the place was clean and it was a quite pleasant environment. Dr Maureen was extremely professional, humane and friendly. She checked me from head to toe and asked me all the necessary questions to see how my health was. She also sent me my blood tests and sent me some vaccines that I had not placed in a long time. I was also in a bit of a hurry because my time to work was approaching and she was very kind
