Just wanted to say thanks! I have been gradually gaining 5-10 pounds for the last seven or eight years. I have tried exercising but was too busy. Tried special diets that swore expensive and resulted in a yo yo effect. As it turned out, I just needed to permanently change my self-image for my outer image to catch up. This place is probably a lifesaver for so many people who are hopeless or searching for help and therapy and keep finding nothing good out there. A free consultation way over an hour where you are interviewed in order to see if hypnosis will help as it is not a good fit for certain individuals. He explains what hypnosis is and how it works. I've been struggling with alcohol and drugs for many years, and have been to meetings, counseling, rehab, etc. None of it really dealt with the reason I was using.......
Until I went through the program at Act Now........

Danny changed my life!!!! I was a functional alcoholic that was drinking about 25 cases of beer a month. I called Act Now and was greeted by Melanie. The therapist Dan-there are two of them-are both wonderful people. The "Dan" my son works with is truly amazing. My son felt an enormous difference just after only one session with him. His level of confidence was obviously improved and we are going to continue with him for at least one year.

Although I first started seeing Danny at the Act Now Wellness Center in mid-February 2014, I waited until now, May 30th, to write anything about it wanting to see how I would feel a few months later. I have struggled with weight all of my life. A few years ago, I lost over 90 pounds and thought I had conquered my weight issues for life.
