It is home of an all-new Peggy & Philip B. Crosby Wellness Center (which has been serving the community since 1989).

The Center is home to Peggy & Philip B. Crosby Wellness Center, a community cornerstone owned by Winter Park Health Foundation (WPHF) serving its members since 1989.
The Winter Park Health Foundation (WPHF) is a private foundation dedicated to improving the health of youth, older adults and the community-at-large in Winter Park, Maitland and Eatonville, Florida. Founded in 1994, WPHF strives to build healthier communities through a creative mix of grants, initiatives, programs and facilities.

Crosby Wellness Center Gym is a great new facility, with very fun classes and nice atmosphere. My husband and I really enjoyed their spinning classes before the pandemic as well as the swimming pool and other classes we tried. The reason for the 1 star is because I was charged while my membership was on hold and even after several attempts to contact the operation’s manager, to clarify the charges, I had absolutely no response (after 3 e-mails and 5 calls with voice messages). Not a yes or no, not an attempt to try to come to an agreement so I would just not lose my $110, I was just ignored.

I just started getting care here through AdventHealth. I get acupuncture and aquatic therapy currently. So far so good. A care team is being built for my health and recovery from a car accident on 3/31/2020. Staff are great so far. I did have issues with booking and billing department in the beginning but it's being resolved.

This place has really nice modern design, pretty fancy interior with all sorts of specialists for different physical conditions. Not just a gym but truly a center for wellness. They have a food place inside that actually has good food and drinks centered around being healthy. Very landscaped outside with walking or jogging paths not to mention the park across the street that you can also visit. The only thing this place doesn't have is sports stuff like a basketball court but they do have a swimming pool. Still gets a 5/5.

As with any gym - please be mindful of the hoops you will have to go through in order to cancel. Please make sure you cancel in person or get direction/information from someone other than the front desk person. Also know you will pay for an extra month if you don't cancel before the 20th of the prior month.

Beware! If you have your account on HOLD because of COVID, they will reactivate and CHARGE you without your authorization or approval. Why do you have to pay for something you never used? They refuse to credit the charges although they have not actually charged your credit card however, they do suspend your account. My daughter wanted to come back however, they will not allow it unless the balance is paid. So she is going to another gym and my wife and I will be joining the Y. How many others are facing this? I smell a class action lawsuit!!!!!

This place is wonderful and finding this center has been a godsend. The staff are all super friendly and enthusiastic to help you reach your goals, the facility is sparkling clean, the equipment is all brand new and in great condition. I especially love the group exercise classes. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to work out.

Now open this state of the art fitness facility offers a fully equipped gym area with the latest pro equipment, across the street from Advent health Winter Park they have a complete physical therapy suite and two totally accessible ramped indoor pools. Very knowledgeable staff are there to help you. A lot of people my age (70) afternoons are best for me. I love this place.
