What can I say about the Midtown Park Apartments, well except it was well kept during my time residing. I want to give a big Thank you to Sallie Hendricks for her ever so kindness. Good location, about a 10-15 minute walk to the riverfront and restaurants and there is a 24 hour concierge for peace of mind and safety. Otherwise, it has taken maintenance 1-2 weeks to complete a simple task and multiple follow ups with them are often needed for them to come and fix the problem. The walls are pretty thin as I can hear my neighbor's blender across from me as well as their alarm clock go off each morning. I can also hear footsteps and movement of the person above me.

You’ve got to be kidding me? Aside from paying rent and garage parking you’ll also have to pay $250 whenever you want to rsvp the AMENITIES that was considered FREE of use in the contract. I understand that this was a way to reduce the number of guest/ noise level but management should have sent an effective notice to all tenants…I now have to consider whether or not I want to pay $250 per area (kitchen, outdoor bbq grill, business center and movie room) when I have a business meeting or party…

I wish I could use negative five stars. This complex will have you sign a lease with a move out date but if you don’t tell them that you are moving out 60 days prior they will auto renew you at a higher rate, for another 2 months.
I’m an Afghanistan combat veteran building a house in the middle of a pandemic with no finalized settlement date. Due to shortages in building materials. I will now be liable for my mortgage and two months rent which will put me in a financial hardship due to the new property manager Jaqueline Krajewski.

Mr. Brennan McCallister is The Best. Receptive and makes you feel like you are BFFs. I just wish that the acceptance process were a little more inclusive to somehow include retirees who don't make triple the rent but are rewarded for their lifelong clean criminal record and recent ability to pay a mortgage for the past 10 years. If not that be more candid in stating eliminating factors before people she'll out non refundable $50. They turn down payment in advance which would ensure they don't get burnt. Who does that? Apparently many places do.

1. Easy transition in - Brennan was exceptionally knowledgeable, responsive, and continues to provide exemplary customer service to date along with the maintenance staff that is timely and effective in executing repairs as needed.
2. Safe/Secure - I have 2 kids that live here part time and the demonstrated vigilance from security, namely Mike and Ms. Margaret reflect that they take pride in ensuring the safety and rule adherence in all endeavors. They're personable with residents, and requiring of guests, but in a practical and professional

Pros: the property is well manicured and has nice amenities for the area. I am satisfied with my unit and use of 24hour gym and limited pool hours. Pricing is comparable to other communities in the area. Support staff such as security and maintenance are very kind and helpful.
Cons: Property management is unhelpful, dismissive and rude. A former employee, Dustin, was straight-forward and handled issues with urgency. I have noticed a significant decline in service from property management with his departure. I believe he works for another BPG property in the area.

I've lived here for about a year and a half and it's by far one of the best places that I've ever lived. The staff, the other residents, everyone is just so nice. Mike who works nights for the concierge is really an amazing addition to the building staff. The amenities are wonderful, the only negative I have seen is that the pool isn't very deep! I have no issues hearing through walls I find the apartment to be very soundproof, but i have heard from other people that that is an issue.

The management is very responsive and helpful. The apartments are far and away the best in the area. Walking distance to local restaurants. 3 minutes from train to Philly. 2-3 minute drive to Trolley. Amenities are plentiful and well-maintained. Management also offers many small incentives like monthly happy hours and free tickets to events. Overall, the nicest and best place to live in Wilmington.
