I am currently living in the Residences at Rodney Square. I withheld rent in the month of November because I saw a rodent run across the floor and under my dishwasher. I contacted the property and was told they were aware of an increased rodent issue in the area due to winter and the increased construction in the area - this made sense because they are doing construction on the first floor to install a new restaurant. This explanation was from the property manager here, Dustin Holler.

Dustin is a great property manager. My move in process was seamless. Concierge staff is amazing. You can call the office with any concerns, and they return your calls/emails. I didn’t have any issues with my neighbors or major maintenance problems. My apartment was beautiful , I think the location is nice. I would definitely move back. I enjoyed my time.

Best gym I’ve seem in an apartment building. Super friendly staff. Never waited more than 48 hrs for maintenance requests. All the comforts of a luxury apartment MINUS the Riverfront costs. Quite simply the best apartment I’ve ever had. Seriously wish I could move my new job to Wilmington so I could’ve stayed!!

I have been here almost 8 months and, frankly, I adore living here!!! I love that every apartment has a washer/dryer and especially having a 24 hour concierge! They are so kind and great security; also makes getting my packages a breeze! Additionally, I love love love my gym, billiards room, library and movie theater!

These are not luxory apartments. They are full of leaks and mold. They dont heat the hallways. The pictures are old and dont look like the building today. The rent is way too high. This place is quickly becoming a slum. The movie room was closed because a homeless person was living in it. BPG does not care about its residents.

The apartments here are very nice, although some of the utilities could be updated. The only major complaint I have is that the elevators are ALWAYS breaking, and management does very little to fix them quickly. Sometimes it takes 10-15 minutes just to get downstairs in the building to check your mail.

I've lived at The Residences for a year now, and it's been great! The management and front desk staff are all friendly, and if I have a problem in the apartment they are quick to fix it. The only issues we've had is with the elevators and with parking--at least one of the elevators always seem to be down, and it is sometimes difficult to find street parking.
