A few months ago there was a listing that my husband and I made an offer on. Krista's brother was handling the sale for Krista. It was one of the most unprofessional experiences. Our agent left them messages and emails for follow ups and we just got no answers and two weeks waisted. All we wanted was just a open communication for the biggest purchase. We chose homes by krista because of there mass marketing and team approach. The main agent we worked with was Tawnya. Tawnya was amazing she was always very quick to respond to my texts or calls ( which was very important to me !!) Tawnya was always kind and professional.
