When to arrive For your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled spa services. This will allow enough time to relax, changing and a consultation. Being early for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments, please call us 24 hours in advance.

People, stay Away from this place, they only care about the money. Hair dresser is unprofessional and cancelled on you and puts someone else who doesn't care much about your hair. In addition, huge communication issues going on and they are very pushy trying to sell you services and the guy who answer the phone spoke to customers like on the phone stating what is wrong with you. When I heard that, I thought this guy and Jacqueline and stuff are condescending, racist perhaps, and money driven. I felt very uncomfortable hearing how the front desk guy yelled and spoke to a customer. I highly encourage

Positive: Professionalism, Quality
The masseuse was very professional. It was a good massage, did a 30 minute only, it was super relaxing, will go back to try 1 hour. Note this place is cash only and they do have an ATM on the premises. The place is very neat, clean, nicely decorated, soft music and professional staff.

I made an appointment for a full nail set and pedicure. I was told service would take 2 hours. Upon arrival at the desk I waited about 10 min before being acknowledged by any staff. There were two workers in the area who saw me at the reception. One worker was painting the others toe nails. They stared at me repeatedly yet never came to the reception until Jacqueline approached. I have met Jacqueline before and she was pleasant. I went to the pedicure chairs. Jacqueline went to the back. The workers made no effort to converse so I read a few emails etc and enjoyed the massage chair while she worked

My husband & I have been going to Jacqueline's Day Spa for close to nine years & love it! Very peaceful, welcoming & hospitable to all, skillful & serene. Adriana beautifully cuts, colors & highlights my hair & both Thu & Adriana fashionably cut my husband's hair, in a way to completely fit his style & personality. I've also successfully had my eyelashes dyed by Jacqueline before beach vacations.

I've been going to Jacqueline's Day Spa for over seven years and have been visiting spa's for facials for over 35 years. Jacqueline knows her stuff. She trained in Paris and is expert at caring for your skin. She keeps on top of emerging skin treatments and beauty therapies. She offers a variety of skin treatments for a variety of skin types. I have rosacea, and through photofacials with Jacqueline every 4 - 6 weeks, my skin has never looked so good.
