Miguel was amazing. I got a balayage with him (first time). I have lots of grays so I wanted to make sure they were covered. He knew exactly what to do. He listened well to what I was thinking. I love the result!

I’ve been coming to La Paz day spa for over 14 yrs. And have never had a bad experience. Adriana’s staff is always in a joyful mood and always attentive to all guest. Love, love coming here. From facials to eyebrow micro blading I’ve always had a wonderful results and enjoy coming back.

There was a misunderstanding about the services I requested. I  was very impressed how professionally it was handled and resolved with with customer's interest in mind.
The owner was very attentive and  involved the best resources to correct the issue. Gabriela was exceptional.

I came in to this salon for my first time today and I had a great experience. I did a toner with Astrid and she is very professional and nice. I love that she explains the process of coloring your hair. I also brought my 1 year old & 2 year old for a trim. Astrid and her team had a lot of patience with my girls. Thank you La Paz Salon for being amazing!

I had my eyebrows microbladed and bayalage for my hair with Astrid. I'm incredibly picky, but i was incredibly pleased and impressed. Their Instagram is very accurate; everything that leaves this salon is 100% high quality.

I got full highlights, a cut and a style by Manuala. Y'all go see her. She is amazing! Since it was my first visit she talked me through the plan to ensure my expectations were equal to what reality would be with my color. It came out better than I even dreamed. She was super friendly and fast. I already have my follow appointment scheduled.

I bring my daughter here to get her hair done. My daughter gets excited about coming to Gabby and she is very good with customers and staying on a parents budget. Definitely worth every and my daughters 😁

Came here for a balayage with Kaitlyn. I showed her 2-3 pics of the shade of red I wanted, but it turned out A LOT MORE RED than I had anticipated. She offered to adjust the color, but I was running short of time so I just let it be. She did a wonderful job of keeping me comfortable during the 4+ hours at the salon and I loved her styling job of curls. They held better than curls I've gotten at any other salon. The salon is relaxing overall, and there is plenty of parking.

Kaitlyn did an amazing job with my hair! I went from virgin black hair to the fantasy bright pink color of my dreams! I feel like a mermaid :) she also taught me how to care for my new colored hair and hair extensions (which she also did a great job with!). Will be coming back for sure!!

I haven’t waxed my brows in a few years, but they just never got full again. Finally decided to get eyebrow microblading. This place is fantastic just 4 blocks away! I’m thrilled! Before/After photos!

Gabriela is AMAZING! I am naturally blonde, but not as blonde as I'd like to be She makes my hair look fantastic and is so wonderful about listening to exactly what you want your hair to look like. I enjoy getting my hair done because she is a great person to talk to and works very hard when doing your hair to give you the look you want.

Came here by chance when I thought I was messaging another salon and they were super courteous with setting up my appointment. I had Gabriella who was an absolute doll! I'm an anxious person by nature and have a hard time talking sometimes but I felt like I was just hanging out with a friend. She gave me great advice on what direction to go with my hair and she kept my hairs health in mind as well and gave me creative ideas to keep my hair from feeling bland. I'd been to one other salon in Houston that charged me 250 just to bleach my hair but here I had color remover, bleach and color

This review is for Becca - she's been doing my lashes for a few months now and I absolutely love her!! I even made sure to go to her a few days before my wedding so my lashes would be perfect! See picture... she does a fantastic job!

Becka was amaaaazing doing my lashes i literally fell asleep 3 times lol no harsh glue smell, no lashes stuck to eachother, and my eyes opened with ease when she was finished no to mention it only took her an hour to do a full set! Thank you!!!!

If you're nervous about getting you Brazillian, this is the place to go. Erica is the best, and you'll immediately feel comfortable with her. You won't regret it!

This will be where I go for all my future beauty needs. Thanks to Groupon I found this gem of a salon, and within walking distance from my house! Wow!

I actually owe Groupon a thanks here, as I found this place with the Brazilian special they have advertised. Erica did my service today and let me say, she was far superior than the place with the catchy name which implies they do Brazilians. (Message me if you can't get it, but come on wow it's an easy one)

I've already planed to come back not only for that, but also will have them do my usual cut and color.

I've had my eyebrows done here with Adriana and Erica and both these ladies are wonderful.! I've also gotten my haircut with Minda and color with Norma. Bottom line everyone here is great!

I just got my hair cut by Michelle, and I LOVE IT. She did exactly what I wanted, and I am already receiving a ton of compliments. Will return and recommend!

Purchased a Groupon for a Brazilian Wax. Erica was great! Super fast, super nice, super efficient! I even made an appointment to go back on 6 weeks for maintenance. Definitely give Erica a shot. Shes great!

I was in such a hurry to get back to work that I forgot to leave a tip! Sorry Erica, I got you next time!

How does anyone ever make an appointment at this place? I have left a voicemail and did not receive a call back. I called again on a different day and this time it just kept ringing and didn't even offer the option to leave a voicemail. I can't find their hours anywhere on their website. Seems very unprofessional and I dislike the lack of customer service. Someone gave me a groupon for this place as a gift and I am two seconds away from telling him to get his money back as it does not seem worth it at all.

I've only been once, so this review is a little premature, but I will certainly be back. The salon is located in the Heights at Yale and 14th. The southwestern decor is beautiful and very relaxing.

I received a brow wax from Adrianna. I'm very pleased with the results; she does some of the best shaping I've ever seen. She did it very quickly as well; it seemed she had less application-and-pull than the places I have normally gone before.

The staff is the friendliest and most personable that I've encountered in a salon. I felt like it was a neighborhood place.
