Our signature facial was created to exfoliate, rejuvenate, and nourish the skin, followed by mask and a face massage to relieve stress, and leave the skin feeling totally refreshed and rejuvenated, also this facial is perfect for all skin types. Our anti-aging signature facial is focus in slowing the aging process.
Removing inches from our body's trouble spots through cavitation is the main benefit of our Lipo Contour. This is a non-invasive aesthetic treatment that eliminates localized fat by using low-frequency ultrasound waves, the fat cells are dissolved from within, transforming them into a liquid substance excreted through the lymphatic system and urine.
A spa party at Vida and Health DaySpa is a unique and relaxing way to celebrate birthdays, bridals, bachelorette parties, employee appreciations, and more. The spa party includes appetizers, fruits, snacks, two bottles of champagnes or two bottles of wines & non-alcoholic drinks, spa robes, and slippers are provided for each guest to wear while being serviced.
The estheticians at Vida and Health DaySpa are trained to customize each of our facial treatments for your particular skin through skin analysis. This may mean that you do not receive the facial you booked but one rather more suited to your skin type. The only facial we offer during pregnancy or breastfeeding is the Unstress, this facial is completely safe for you and for your baby.

I highly recommend Vida & Health Day Spa! Everyone is extremely professional, patient and have answered every question I have thoroughly. Most importantly, their treatments are effective and work as advertised. They have never been late and work hard to accommodate the costumer’s schedule. Plus, their prices beat any other competitor in the market and I've been to many. This is my one stop shop.
