I can’t seem to get a hold of anyone. I leave countless messages and no one will call me back. It got so bad I had to call the office manager to complain. Still dealing with them unfortunately it’s the only place my insurance will take. Trying to get a hold of someone in the office this week I have left two voicemails I’ve left an email. I plan on calling every single day until I can get a hold of somebody. Today when I called I got hung up on twice. Very frustrated. I am a healthcare worker too. I worked for a facility where we saw over 100 patients a day and I would never leave a patient

This office staff has been a joke. Very rude to my wife and the follow up care? What is that with this office. They have cancelled or rescheduled her follow up visits numerous times. The only person that’s been decent is Dr. Hanna. I would appreciate a phone call from Doctor Hanna, and from Doctor Hanna only!!!!!

If you’re coming for an appointment, plan to wait at least an hour more than you thought. I’m the first patient of the day and the provider I’m scheduled to see comes in 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I’ve been waiting for 45 minutes now (again, I’m the first patient of the day). They told me once that they tell patients to be here 30 minutes before their appointment. They clearly don’t value their patients time, only the 3 minutes you’re in a room with a provider, most likely not Dr Hanna (we never met him in the year and a half we’ve been coming here)They also

I have been struggling with obesity since I had my daughter and gained 125lbs. I struggled to loose weight and never felt full. My experience with Las Vegas Bariatrics has been wonderful. Dr. Nicki takes her time with you and goes over all of your concerns you have. Bariatric Cord. go over all your paperwork to make sure you understand everything you need to go through before surgery. Dr. Hanna is amazing and very comforting when you have your surgery. I would definitely recommend him !!

I had surgery on July 9th with Dr pomeranz. He was very nice surgeon and did answer all my questions. But after my surgery I was having a lot of complications and pain and it was very hard to get back a hold of him. I tried for 4 weeks to get another appointment or to get him to call me back so I could get some help with no relief. I ended up going into the hospital to see what was causing all the pain I was going through almost daily for 2 months. I just have to say that calling this office was always a pain for me if it was not someone not answering the phone it was never having someone call

All of the surgeons here are top notch! Dr. Patel is a rock star! I had my surgery 12 days ago and I am already able to get back to exercise. This was a VERY emotional process for me and the girls in the office have been really understanding of that. A special thanks to Maria and Katie. Dr. Patel is my doctor and she is truly all about her business. She is strict which lets me know she is a good doctor. I received a call from Dr. Hannah himself because half of his office is sick- He was reaching out personally to check on patients. I found it very cool that he cares enough to make that call! I

First off, Dr. Hanna is a fantastic surgeon. He did a fantastic job on me first and foremost. He is also very open to listening. BUT the office is just awful. From the very beginning, I had issues with them not billing my insurance correctly, not getting call backs, having to repeat myself over and over and never having any appointments with Dr. Hanna ever. I actually only got to meet Dr. Hanna in person for the surgery and that was it. Many people complement Rose but I have no idea why, she was so rude to me on several occasions and even hung up the phone on me once and refused to let me speak

My experience with Las Vegas Bariatrics was great. Their friendly staff make you feel comfortable and explain everything step by step. The providers are knowledgeable and efficient (my surgery took literally 40 minutes from start to finish!) and I recovered so quickly. The only thing keeping me from leaving a 5 star review are the office wait times. I have been kept waiting over an hour past my scheduled appointment multiple times and once waited more than 2 hours to be seen for what was literally a 5 minute visit. I strongly advise that you only schedule first thing in the morning because they

Not only Did I lose over a hundred pounds but I also got my health track. I use to have diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, joint pain, Sleep apnea and the list goes on. I really wanted to go with Dr Hanna for my surgery but its impossible to reach someone to make an appointment. I tried calling several times, left a bunch of messages and also emailed. Nobody got back to me until a month after I called. I'm glad I did not go with this place, you can tell alot about a place based on their customer service.

I can not say enough good things about this place. Having bariatric surgery has a lot of steps and I feel like they held my hand and made everything easy for me. Especially Mariah!!! I love her so much she's so pleasant and friendly and knowledgeable, just like the rest of the staff. I don't know if it's my body but the surgery felt like a piece of cake. After the first two days at the hospital ( I deal really badly with anesthesia) I came home and started living my lifee as if nothing had happened. Sad this was once a pristine practice from the door to all the ladies in all his departments.
Today the front office has changed dramatically and not for the better.
I still believe Doctor Bernie Hanna is one of the best on the planet!
I just wish the front office mirrored his commitment to patients and their overall satisfaction not just their surgeries.
I started at 9:45 this morning trying to get an appointment have had to call back 5 times only to be met with sarcasm as if I'm the ignorant 1.
Liz asked me to have my doctor to fax the referral since now they can't Make an appointment

My friend Pam referred me to Dr. Hannah for gastric sleeve surgery. Under the direction of Dr Hannah, and his nurse Michele, I dropped 80 pounds in six months prior to surgery. By the way, The five in one vitamins are a steal! Carmen and his office staff were fantastic to work with. They were with me every step of the way. My surgery was performed at Vista Hospital North Las Vegas. I could not have been in better hands and I have never been treated so well. If you do things their way, you cannot and will not fail.
