I had to move 1 1/2 years ago due to the glue on the flooring making me sick. I had an indoor air quality expert test the air and it came back as uninhabitable. They would tell residents I left due to 1 too many cats but I found a baby kitten on their property and se t it thru the rescue process, and found it a home. BEWARE of any odor in the air. The tenant before me left, full of cancer, according to a neighbor. Formaldehyde and carbon dioxide were part of what was wrong in there. Diane is a controlling manager who has up and down swings. Dont know which personality you will get on any day.

I Been Here Over A Year An Half Now. It's Wonderful Place To Live And I Love❤❤❤ My Place. Great People👵👴👨👩 Most Of Them. And A Wonderful Staff. And We Needed More Residents Freedom And Access To Clubhouse And Theatre Room Throughout The Week And Weekend Not To Be Locked Up After The Office Has Close. Also We Needed More Residents Events.🙏🙏🙏And Maybe In The Near Future The Residents Have Access To Use The Van For Doctors Appointments. As Well With Outing Events And Shopping Outings..The Van Driver Is A Wonderful Person And I Appreciate Everything He Does For Us.. This

I enjoy living at the Providence at Kuykendahl Court. The apartments are a nice size, especially the closet space, the outdoor pool is quite enjoyable, and the Shuttle Service to the local Wal-Mart, grocery stores and The Woodlands Mall is greatly appreciated.
The management, Diana, and her staff, have always been professional and friendly, as well as any maintenance issues I have had has been taken care of promptly.
In regards to some comments, all apartments have rules/policies/regulations, etc. They are listed in your lease, and one should have a copy to refer to if you have a question or

I live at Providence Kuykendahl. I have always found Diana to be the utmost professional, even when we disagree. She's patient. She does her best to be objective and fair. She tries to get the best for us residents. She got us free covered parking, when that wasn't part of the original contract. She's working on getting us some grills. She makes sure there are events where people can stay active and meet others. We have an interesting assortment of personalities and temperments here, so to just keep things running smoothly is quite a feat!

I am a relatively new resident at Providence Kuykendahl Court. I want to commend our manager. She is extremely efficient and professional. In my career I was a VP of a major bank. I have hired, fired and managed personnel. I know when an employee is great. I don't know her background but it must be great. I hope she will be here a long time.
