Have had decent experiences here with the actual services, however they did charge me to fix an uneven treatment on my first visit. Also be aware that they don’t tell you when you sign up for the monthly membership that you essentially lose the first two months since they are booked out. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and unwillingness to provide any recourse.

The doctor was very lovely however I was told I needed 40 units in my forehead and I think I got that amount but the results were not good at all and I was told that it would take two weeks to set in and I am on week four and still have many lines on my forehead. I called to see if they would compensate for the bad results that I received and they would not work with me. They were implying that I would have to pay more money to get the results I had already paid for and was promised before. Poor customer service And honestly I feel cheated.

Went once and had a really nice experience with a wonderful esthetician. On my next appointment, they charged me for 2.5x the amount for the same service and tried to slip it by me without me noticing, and I didn't even get the desired result. Management avoided returning my calls, tried to pivot the blame to me, and ultimately lost a customer. You can find better service just about anywhere in Buckhead or the metro area for a much better price.

For a first timer- this experience was absolutely incredible. OVME took me as soon as I walked in for my apportionment. There was no wait time. I was a tad bit nervous about the whole Botox/filler process but Alaina made me feel at home. Not only did she go above and beyond to make me comfortable about the treatment, but she also took the time to make sure every last detail on my face was perfect. I am more than satisfied with my results!! My lips are always what I dreamed they would look like. My fine lines under my eyes and forehead are already disappearing. I was interested in getting some Botox and skin treatments so I looked around and found OVME. From the time I walked in, I felt so comfortable. My injector, Angela, was fantastic and explained everything so well. I never felt pressured to purchase anything and will definitely be back! Love this place!

Got Botox here for the first time and had a wonderful experience! They are priced well compared to other med spas I researched. The atmosphere is the perfect blend of clinical and relaxing. My nurse was so great answering questions and suggesting options. I ended up signing up for their membership to get monthly facials and weekly b12 shots!

I went in to OVME for the first time this week and my whole experience was nothing short of amazing! Taylor Clark is the BEST and I highly recommend her!! She is so knowledgeable and kind, and she made me feel so comfortable. My Botox injections were completely painless and super quick, and I can't wait to go back to try out some other treatments!

The Buckhead office is very clean, modern and can be sort of intimidating at first but I have literally recommended OVME to all my friends and coworkers. I had the pleasure of having Alaina inject my face and not only did she show interest in my “facial goals” but she also explained in detail of the “procedures” I was having done and even took the time to answer questions about future procedures I want to have done. She explained what I could expect as an outcome and she also added her opinion and recommendations as well, which I can really appreciate. The level of customer service is beyond

Love love love this place! The office is so clean, modern and welcoming. While intimidating at first, all the girls working at OVME are actually very very helpful and friendly. They all want you to have the best skin possible and it shows in how they treat you.
Amanda and Drew at the front make it a point to remember you and make you feel at home. Carlie does all my facials/peels and is so informative and gives recommendations on skin issues you might be experiencing. I'm so happy I've found OVME. I live in Keller so it is a bit of a drive but it's very worth it. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and wouldn't do anything unsafe to their patients. I highly recommend OVME to anyone in the DFW area. I plan on going here for any aesthetic treatments, facials, chemical peels, etc. 10/10, six stars if I could.
