Extremely rude staff. Used bait and switch tactics to get customers to come in. Wanted to charge more than advertised for services. When I complained the medical tech pretended like she was calling the doctor to see if it was ok to charge advertised price. Very shady place. I don't recommend this business.

NOVEMBER 2021: I have been here for six treatments. I now live in Dallas. I purchased additional treatment areas and drive down every 6 weeks for my appointments with NO complaints. I would refer this location to my Dallas friends. These ladies are amazing and I'm fortunate to have found them. 5,000% recommend!

I have PCOS and have experience some unwanted hair growth on my chin as a result. I was extremely self conscious of it, covering my chin and mouth when talking. After just two appointments, there is a remarkable improvement and I can't wait to finish up my package. My confidence and self-esteem have improved greatly. The staff is very empathetic and understanding. I was never embarrassed or uncomfortable expressing my concerns or showing the staff the affected area, which is a pretty big deal to me. I would recommend them to anyone!

I have been a client for the last four months. I’ve had 3 cool sculpting sessions on my abdominal area. The staff was very knowledgeable and cheerful. I felt welcome and comfortable @ the Voss location. I’m now… doing laser hair removal for the second time on my vaginal area. Little pain for the first time but I bought some numbing cream from Amerejuve. They have everything you need! One stop shop. I love it!

Ok so I have never been in this place, however my beautiful wife is a client of Ms. Rebecca and let me tell you, from the perspective of the husband. My wife's skin has never been so smooth and the lack of hair since the treatments are amazing. Ms Rebecca has made this husband very very happy. No more stubble on the legs, no more stray hairs ANYWHERE anymore. I have never meant Ms Rebecca but I absolutely adore her.

Amerejuve Katy is one of the best locations to go to! Sheida is the clinic manager and is one of the nicest and most helpful people there. If you are going for Botox as well I highly recommend their new NP and for laser Lora aka Kay Kay! Definitely recommend and plan on returning!

Had my 1st session of laser hair removal with Ethel. She treated my underarm and Brazilian areas and was very professional and talked me through everything and answered all my questions to make me feel at ease. I felt safe and felt little to no pain for my first session. It was much easier and quicker than when I used to get waxed. Looking forward to completing all session and looking into more sevices at this location. Highly recommend Ethel at Powers Ferry.

DO NOT GO HERE. I have been burned 3 times by different technicians. I just went last week for a laser session and I will never go again. I even have scars from being burned. :( Amanda at the Galleria location… burned me last week. She was very rude and did not care at all. I literally had to tell her stop I was in so much pain. I woke up the next day with burns. Stephanie at Shepherd location burned me last summer. Every year their service gets worse and worse. I’ve been coming here for 5 years and am so disappointed. They are always having problems with their employees and are inconsistent

Five stars from me! For years I drove from Chattanooga to Atlanta to see Melissa for tattoo removal. I enjoyed working with her and trusted her opinion and the way she goes about the process. She wasn’t “too much too fast,” which is good, because the people I saw before her allowed me to move through sessions too quickly, which left me with nasty scarring. (I’ve had three tattoos removed). Melissa didn’t rush the process (just for more money)... she truly wanted me to take it slow and I’m glad I did. There is barely a trace of the last tattoo she removed and has no scarring at all.

I went in to get a strong sunblock to help cover my laser burn from Seychelles Med Spa. The girls here, laser techs, spent more time with me than anyone at the other salon. They were genuinely concerned about my burn and the outcome. They said they would help if I had any questions. Thank you ladies for helping restore my faith in people.

I've been coming to the Woodland's location the past few months for laser. The initial consultation was in a nice lounge area, one on one, and had hot tea (they offer coffee, water, etc.). I've had the same girl do my laser each time after that. I get fully body laser, and instead of it feeling awkward, she makes me feel really comfortable! Love this place so far.

I have had many ups and downs with this location. I was having issues with not getting results from laser hair removal at another location which soon after closed down. Since this location was the nearest after, I was transferred here. Originally, I was only being seen by a medical professional, who told me my treatments were not done right and that she would handle my situation. Soon after, she left and I was not told she was gone. I was then treated by Sarah who was great. I still do not have results that I was promised but I still had treatments left, or so I thought. Don't require their employees to get to work until after they have patients scheduled. Then you have to wait while the staff sit in the front office and talk about how many margaritas they drank last night. One of the other techs could have started my appointment instead of making me wait even longer. Staff turnover is atrocious!

Wow is Angie the best. I was recommended by Jeanie the office manager and I'm so glad that I made the appointment for Botox. I called on a Friday and got in the next day. Angie took her time, listened to me and injected 46 units with not a bleed, bruise or mark to be seen. I have the injections primarily for migraine prevention but I'm always happy when the result also includes a younger looking face. Angie was able to correct the droop in my left eyelid created by the last spa in The Woodlands that I went to for Botox. That nurse left me bruised for a week and left me looking worse
