Very good massage. If you read any of my other reviews you know that I'm not so quick to give 5 stars on the FIRST VISIT. (I just feel like businesses need to "show out" more than once in order to receive a rating of excellence.) However, I was very satisfied with the massage work I had done and left feeling re-energized.

I have been going to U MedSpa since I was a teenager and through all the years I've always received the best service. Elizabeth does an EXCELLENT JOB with all skin types and ALL skin colors. I am so glad to have find someone who can work on darker skin tones and always gives me the best results. My skin literally glows when I leave her clinic. Thank you so much Ms. Elizabeth!

Only reason I'd give this a star is for the lady at the front desk with the dog. She was nice. The place needs a good clean. Not good if you have allergies. As for my "foot massage", that was AWEFUL....seems like the lady hasn't massaged a day in her life. Might as well been a foot rub. Then she kept adding lotion! But not massaging lol then kept wiping my feet off to pass time. I was so upset and disappointed because I really needed an actual massage. After she tugged on my toes a couple times she asked me to lay down then proceeded to basically wipe off my shirt. That's what I'm going to call

The girl that was supposed to give me a massage has never given a massage in her life. All they did was rub oil and hot rocks on my body. No pressure points nothing. The lady at the entrance was rude calling out my name as I was walking through the door, and handing me papers to fill out. Everything about this place was wrong. From the greetings to the rice cooker in the room. The girl rubbing oil all over was polite, but something is off about this place.

These is by far the best services that I have had! I have been dealing with acne for about 3 years, and since visiting my skin is looking better than it has in years. I have had extractions and facials done at other spas, but none have even come close to giving me these types of results. My skin looks 90% better. The facility is also very clean, neat, and very relaxing.

I've struggled with skin so about 10 years, trying every product I could afford that just seemed to make matters worse. I've even tried a handful of facials at other salons, until I found this place on a Groupon ad. All I can say is that my skin is AMAZING now. Great service, care, and attention. Came on a slow day when they were putting up the closing sign. The owner had let all the other massage therapists leave for the day bc it was spring break and they were slow. When she saw me coming, she still welcomed me in and gave me a deep tissue massage herself. She did a great job and was very professional. My body feels so much better. She was very knowledgeable and has been doing this for many years. I would definitely recommend this professional service.

I went to go get a massage from their web special that said first-time customers $50 for a one hour massage. I told the woman at the front desk I wanted the special, and she said that it's $60. I showed her the website on my phone, and she said that it's $60 and that it was wrong. She just lost a customer for $10 that could've been a repeat customer, or maybe there something more? I guess we'll never know. so forget what the website says, they may or may not honor it.

I must thank Elizabeth. I got really bad skin condition after finishing a surgery. A lot of acne stayed deep inside the skin. When I touched my face I could feel it badly and ugly. My friend referred me to U MedSpa. I must say Elizabeth did a really good job. After the first month, almost all acne were gone or came out to surface. I did the peeling on the second month and now my skin is very smooth and even better than before.

I bought a Groupon over a year ago for two microdermabrasion treatments. The first treatment went fine. My second treatment scheduled, Eliabeth called to inform me the microderm equipment was down, and that she could do a chemical peel instead or reschedule . I decided to go in for a chemical peel. Long story short, she left a 30% glycolic peel on too long (she left the room with the peel on to go do paper work, make schedules, etc) and burned me leaving oozing sores on my face. After years of 'chemical peels' from Spa Sydell and not seeing much improvement, I was desperate to find someone new. I must begin by saying don't be put off by U MedSpa's phone etiquette! Some of their employees seem less educated on phone etiquette, but they are still extremely kind! They may also seem less professional at times, but it is only because they are so nice!
