The 1888 House has enough space for 90 seated downstairs for lunch/dinner OR seating for a corporate meeting up to 40, as well as several upstairs meeting spaces for private break-out areas. A warming kitchen makes catering meals for your team a dream, and you'll love being steps from the Dahlonega Square for breaks.
Absolutely you may bring in your own alcohol and vendors. We have done a lot of research for our Vendor List and feel it is a good one, but you are free to use whomever you wish. There is no additional cost to bring in your own alcohol or use a vendor not on our list. 2. Do I have to have a bartender or may I have a friend tend bar or have guests self-serve?

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! When we booked the 1888 House for our rehearsal we were SO excited with the flexibility for use of the space (use of space all day from 10am-11pm per the contract) and to be downtown. However, when we went to look at the house again we were extremely disappointed to hear that they were not going to honor the terms of the contract and that we would have limited use of the space. Not only were we going to have to change our plans, but the owner (Katherine) was EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL unlike anything I have ever experienced and she truly made this a

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT RECOMMEND. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY RUDE. I would pay this company a single penny just by the way the handled our rehearsal dinner. The owner Katherine was so disrespectful and hateful. We were initially excited about booking this venue, until we happens to get into contact with the owner. She was making up information that was not in the contract. she was screaming at us on the phone because we wanted to use the space for contracted time (10am to 11pm as stated in the contract). She threatened us and was not willing to be kind and negotiate with

We had our wedding here and everything was absolutely PERFECT! Sarah Beth was an incredible coordinator and truly went above and beyond in making our day. I cannot thank her enough! The house is stunning and it suite our needs in every way. If you’re wanting to have your wedding in a beautiful venue and want to work with the most professional people, look no further!
