Sandra Cortez was my agent. I changed my policy to another company because Sandra could not cancel a policy that I emailed and called in. She tried to double my premium because I had another driver in the house who has another vehicle with another policy. I told her not to include him on my vehicle in which she waited several days to send me a form to sign to exclude that driver. It's been almost a month, a few days of a month and she still couldn't fix my policy and tell me my refund. I feel like she is banking on her commission so I don't get a refund. So today I sign up

My experience with HMBD insurance has been great! I got transferred to their center while I was shopping for car insurance. I was getting quotes from other companies so I dealt with a lot of different agents,but the one person who stood out to me was Jason Roddy. He was extremely friendly, patient, knowledgeable and very considerate. Mind you this is my first time shopping for car insurance on my own after being on my dads policy for years! I obviously had a lot of questions and didn't know what to look for with auto insurance or what I do/ do not need. Jason dealt with MANY of my phone calls

I found a better rate so I canceled my policy but six days prior I had paid my $316 premium. These unscrupulous bunch of thieves gave me a $61.00 refund and when I called to find out if there was a mistake I was rudely informed that there is a penalty for canceling a policy. so I'm out over $200? This should be a crime -very bad dipped in wrong sauce.
Don't do business with these self serving criminals. There are much better companies and you won't get penalized to cancel a policy if you find a better rate. The core value of any business is integrity you will not find that here

Love these guys, they're the best I found when shopping for my auto insurance policy. I got the best rate for my tainted driving record and new car. I'm extremely happy and satisfied with the ease of their service when I need anything or have another coverage question. Edith is really fast and prompt, I appreciate that so much about her. We've had several experiences with insurance but none of them have been as pleasant, worry-free and personable as we've had with Glenn and his team at HMBD Insurance. HMBD has helped me with some insurance challenges without going through all the 1-800 messes. They are a big time broker, with a small time personal feel. They don't charge broker fees, or new policy fees etc

On December 22nd, I realize our auto insurance has expired. Immediately I reach out to my broker for years. He gives me a couple of quotes that are outrageous, super high cost at only liability coverage! He tells me no one offers higher coverage. Seriously?!? Glenn Agoncillo and Edith Muniz-Ruiz have completely changed my view of the insurance industry. I explained what we wanted and Glen came back with a plan for our home and auto that was superior to what we asked for yet below what we were paying in the past. I did not tell him what are old rates were. He found the best coverage at the best price.
Things were a little tricky in switching over our insurance because we have an impound account. Edith resolved all the issues for us. Our old agent would have left everything up us to fix.

I've been working with Roger Osegueda for a long time (note, I was numero uno in reviewing HMBD!).
I've since moved away from the LBC, but still lean on him for all my insurance needs. He's always helpful, very responsive and helps me think through the utility of my policies holistically.
Insurance, like going to the dentist, isn't anything fun. But it's a life imperative, and you need someone who you can trust and work with you for years to come.
