Founded in 1982, our clinic is family owned and run by the second generation. We are a private clinic which provides services to opiate-addiction/multiple diagnosis patients. Our facility offers short and long-term medication assisted treatment (MAT) with methadone and buprenorphine, ear acupuncture as well as a broad range of psychiatric/psychological and rehabilitative services.
Our clinic employs a full-time onsite psychiatrist and our staff consists of registered nurses, some with master's level education as well as a licensed professional counselor. Setting our clinic apart, are access to a variety of services as well as a full-time onsite psychiatrist. Addiction & Psychotherapy Services is funded entirely by client fees and it's our philosophy to work without profits.

I haven’t started treatment with this clinic yet (tomorrow is my first day), but every review I’ve read here on Google reviews has proven true so far. I’m certain my situation is unique, regardless I have been treated like a human being by Janet (She is sooo nice. Simply a top-quality person. Thank you!), and all the others I’ve spoken with so far…. I’ve been treated like a human being that makes mistakes, regrets those mistakes, and wants to improve my life. I will edit this post if something changes, but I doubt it. Thank you so much for all you do!

This is a five star treatment center🤩 The Dr. And counselors work with u and go at Your pace for ur treatment. When I first started I had no trouble getting the correct dose so I wouldn't be sick. They do not judge you if u have a lapse or relapse, because as they say it's part of getting clean. The groups they have every day are insightful and u begin to learn about ur self, root of ur addicton, steps to staying clean and etc. I have been clean for 3 yrs now and I owe it to the things I've learned there. When I got put on probation they rallied around me and suppoted me thru the process not

Well if you are looking or serching for this place you probably have a preatty good idea about what goes on here.. My experience has been nothing but positive and they are very well run as far as private clinics go. If you are looking for the right clinic to start your treatment you should come in as soon as you can...

Unfortunately they keep the patients dose a secret at this clinic and "do not discuss dosage".I was successfully on methadone maintenance for over a year at another clinic but switched to this one after a relapse.From the start they told me that MY DOSE was to high where i came from. They continued to keep me on a small dose and made me feel like I shouldnt question why.Some people need higher doses than others.If you are one I would not recomend this clinic. Not discussing dosage with the patient is one of the craziest things I have ever heard of..What is the point of taking methadone if you arent

Dr Aeschbach is amazing! All the staff here are great, and if you are an opiate addict looking to get on methadone, I would highly suggest here as opposed to MARS. Sure, it can be frustrating to come all the way South if you live in North Austin, but it's so worth it. Dr Aeschbach actually cares about his patients, there are tons of wonderful groups, and everyone is really nice. A++!
