I have never been more proud of a Hospital as I am of the nurses & doctors at Summerlin Hospital. I was in the Emergency Rm right next to Triage and the waiting rm was packed with People. They Triaged & Dr.’s seen patients in the waiting rm. Many People said Thank You, but to many were hateful & nasty to the staff. They handled it like Professionals. I was there 27 hrs, and I got to see and hear a lot. I hope the management of the Hospital appreciates all of these workers. Thank you to everyone that helped me…

Even though the hospital was totally maxed out on beds due to original Covid-19 and the Delta and Omicron variants when I came to the Emergency Room and was subsequently admitted to the hospital, I received excellent care. The staff was upbeat, polite, responsive and thorough in their treatment and continuously worked to upgrade my situation as beds became available in the ER, then overflow and finally a room. No matter where I was located, I was impressed with the outstanding hospital staff at all levels from the receptionist, triage, processing, evaluation, support and treatment. I would highly

Absolutely horrible staff...I was barely coherent from covid, they stuff my wet pajamas in a bag and let them mold 7 feet from my bed for a month.I have covid in isolated room and they let mold grow all while trying to cure me The night before I leave I find it with the nurses standing there. They would routinely ignore me while smiling and throw stuff they had asked if I wanted to keep out. Dr. Prescribed eye drops because they gave me diuretics and nurses threw a tub filled with that and other miscellaneous personal items I paid for out... after they asked " do you want all this too?"

My experience at Summerlin Hospital was excellent. Although the initial wait time in out-patient was longer than expected, added to with a brief hospital emergency and evacuation to the outside, once in the the back for my procedure preparation, the procedure and recovery experience was excellent. All staff, admissions, nurses, tech and physician provided professional, friendly care to me and my husband, in my time in outpatient surgery, interventional radiology, and recovery.

Just recently had a heart procedure at Summerlin Hospital. The nursing personnel are fantastic. They all work together under a heavy caseload like a fine oiled machine.
The doctor and anesthesiologist were fantastic as well.
One of the best hospitals I have ever been in.

I am sorry but, those who have not delivered a baby in Mountain View Hospital…do not know what they are missing. I love Mountain View Hospital service there than here! All the way! They are better prepared and more attentive to your needs after birth. The food after post-partum is also WAY better. I love how they have everything you need for baby organized and they tell you where everything is and they take better care of you. Plus WAY easier to find the damn entrance!! Do not recommend this hospital at all!!!

The emergency room personal were super. They listened and did what they could to get me seen. The emergency room staff is overwhelmed with COVID as is every emergency room. The staff on the cardiac floor was also tremendous. The were professional, attentive, smart and the best!!! This hospital is an A++++. They have the technology and the professionals to make you better. "PS: to clients get your COVID Vaccine, Protect out health care workers"

Leah was my nurse on the 5th floor on 12/27/2021. She is the most amazing nurse ever! I was so upset to be admitted after having had the same surgery 6 times (I never had to stay overnight before, and it was just the new protocol, according to my doctor). Leah was very attentive, caring, and friendly. She noticed that there was no reason I needed to be there any longer and was able to get me discharged that evening. I slept so peacefully in my own bed that night!! I am very grateful to Leah and her caring nature. She is a wonderful nurse!!

One stars is too many! Been here 2X with my infant for obviously medical related issues. Both times staff are snooty & rude. The guy at check in in the ER was judgy and felt a bit racist with the way he was treating me and my family. The girl he checked in before us was white and spoke to her in a way nicer tone than he did us. THEY FORGET WHO THEY SERVE. He was wearing a helmet looked like the one who disinfects around there. Idk his name otherwise I would blast him on my review. We were there 12/17/21 around 3:00pm. I hate this hospital. The other occasion was when I had my infant there due

Except for the 20 hour wait at ER Registration area for an available room, I got to observe how the personnel are doing their very best. I really appreciate all the medical staffs efforts and patience to accommodate my needs.

The ER functions like an understaffed County Hospital. The staff should be in an industry that does not involve people. Cold, cry babies. I do not need to hear about working during COVID or understaffed. Having owned and operated a hospital I would not tolerate their conduct.
They fail to realize injured and ill patients pay their salaries.
I would stay clear of this hospital. Clearly top management has done an extremely poor job in training staff.
Bring ear plugs as the staff yell at the top of their lungs the patients names they are looking for. And I mean YELL!!!!!!!

Delivery and pediatric unit- First off if your lucky enough to get Dr. Vega she will take great care of you. I had a rough pregnancy followed by a difficult delivery that resulted in an emergency C-section which would of been very traumatic but luckily it wasn't thanks to her and the medical staff. I'm so fortunate that I fought until I got a good obgyn. She's absolutely worth it. Wonderful doctor.
The anesthesiologist Dr. Chaun Li was also amazing and quick I'm terrified of needles and he made it quick and painless, very calming guy.

I went to the ER with kidney stones. As I was waiting to see someone I felt nauseous, and they gave me a shot. Later I get the bill, and find out that the anti-nausea medication costs over $1,000 per dose, and they gave me two. Numerous calls to the billing department just to hear that the board sets the prices and they can't do anything. Every time I try to reach someone on the board, I get hung up on while on hold.
Don't go here unless you have no choice, or you have some amazing insurance that you don't care if it gets screwed.

I've been to this hospital 5 times total. Twice accompanying others and today marks 3 for me. I'm not going to complain about the amount of time spent in the ER (as the entire Valley is backed up) rather I'm going to share an experience that is still unfolding as I write this. I am inpatient and was visited by my surgon in the middle of the night who promised I'd see him tomorrow (today) and he was going to perform surgery on me.
Instead I waited till 3pm where I was brought down to the ultrasound area. I assumed that they were going to use the ultrasound to guide the surgeon

11 hours in the ER waiting area is insane to keep a woman of 72 years with Covid! Lying to a patient and telling them the doctor ordered ANOTHER urin sample while the FIRST sample was STILL SITTING IN A BIN for 5 hours YET TO BE ANALYZED is a crime! No one should have to endure such cruelty! It took 11 hours to receive Microbial Antibodies for Covid. Yes, I was vaccinated . I consider this elder abuse!

If I could, I would give 10 stars. From the time I walk through the door until the reason for my visit was complete, I received top notch treatment and care from the staff at Summerlin Hospital Medical Center. I felt like I was special today; like I was a member of their family the way that everyone treated me and I've never seen any of them a day in my life besides today.

The lady who greeted me at door was attentive in helping me find where I needed to go. She's patient, kind, and has a friendly disposition. She's the perfect person to have at the door to greet patients as they

I had to go to the ER last night due to a pretty bad uti that was causing quite a bit of pain... I ended up passing something in my shower thinking I was having a miscarriage at 12 weeks pregnant. Naturally I freak out and head over crying. The entire hospital is blocked off due to repaving... no signs signaling where to go AT ALL. I had to circle almost twice to even find where I could go. I ended up parking in the front and walking through the place to the er side. I get to the check in crying. One nurse is triaging an old man and another is iunno standing there watching behind check in. She

Everyone at this hospital was rude to us. My mom has dementia and they treated her as if she wasn't there. In addition, they cancelled her transport that had been arranged for her discharge and didn't tell us, her hospice nurse, or the facility she was supposed to go to. Then they arranged transport and didn't tell us she had left. It was a horrible experience from start to finish. To top it off, I saw the nurse had parked in the reserved for patient parking making the patients have to walk further

We took my daughter in to the ER as she began to vomit. Upon intake, I advised the nurse that I suspected it was a stomach bug as I had just gotten over the symptoms that her and my wife were now experiencing.

The nurse told me that I was probably right and they were seeing a lot of cases of norovirus, a very contagious stomach bug. She advised that they would give my daughter a pill to stop the vomiting and some Pedialyte. If she was able to keep down the liquids and we give her at least half an hour, we would be good to go and, if not, we may have to do an IV to ensure she doesn't get

I WOULD NOT EVEN TAKE A WOUNDED ANIMAL TO THIS PLACE FOR CARE.

Not even sure where to start. I had two loved ones in here at the same time. And as I recognize burn out because of COVID-19 is a real thing, this does not excuse the behavior.

I had one relative in the rehab facility. We originally had her being transferred out of Summerlin to another rehab facility. The Summerlin rehab facility representative basically called and strong armed us into keeping her there. My loved one was left to sit in her own urine for hours, numerous times. They did not assist her to shower or bathe for days on
