Katie showed up early, fixed my washer and it didn't cost me a fortune. I have not seen this type of service, honesty, integrity and fairness in price since the 1960s. Katie is thoughtful and professional. I talked to several other companies who refused to work on my fridge because it was a Samsung, Katie was able to fit me in the same day which was a huge blessing as i was concerned about my daughters breast milk getting too warm! I called Katie when my dryer started making an awful screeching noise, she fit me in the very next day, was extremely punctual & professional. Told me a belt was going bad & was able to fix it right on the spot for a lot less than I thought it would be. She was friendly & quick! Katie is AMAZING! We have a 4 1/2 year old Samsung that had been repaired 3 times by other companies for a variety of issues (refrigerator wouldn’t stay cool, ice maker breaking down, etc). Last Christmas, before finding Katie, it took about 8 phone calls to find a repair company that would even work on a Samsung. Obviously the repairs didn’t ‘stick’. We were considering buying a new refrigerator when someone suggested going to Samsung’s site and finding an authorized repair person/business. I’m so glad we did! Katie ordered the parts and made all the repairs
