When you book an appointment with us, we will send a factory-trained certified technician to your home. You will always get a written estimate that includes all parts and labor required. Technicians never add any diagnosis fees, hourly rates, or travel charges. If you decide not to have your appliance repaired, you pay only a low service call* for the trip to your home, and the written estimate!
Generally older appliances are more durable and long-lasting than the newer product being made today. Don't ignore broken oven doors. Ovens are not furnaces, and are not connected to a chimney to vent dangerous combustion gases outside. A broken door will not allow the oven thermostat to acclimate or shut off, so monoxide continues to be produced from the continued combustion rather than stop.

Mike repaired a new GE double oven that was on warranty. After working on a light issue in the lower oven, it was discovered the malfunctioning bulb was in the upper oven. This involved taking the oven out and starting over. He was very polite, and completed the "2nd" repair efficiently. I was very impressed with his professionalism. Everything is working and I am grateful to have had such great service. I'd given more stars if I could!

For starters when I called to set the appointment it took four days for someone to come what I thought was to repair my GE washing machine butt no they were only there to diagnose the problem I was told buy the tech they don't carry Parts on their trucks they would have to order a new door switch which will take an additional 3 to 5 days, and I miss another day's work. the reason for a two-star review is because the tech was quick was only here in 10 minutes tops
