Geez, what a rude initial interaction from the receptionist when I called about scheduling a quote. No personality, no welcoming me or thanking me for calling them, monotone voice, sounded bored to be there....Asked my name and then immediately said "we have o appointments for several months, please try back later" and literally hung up on me.
