The manager cares a lot about client satisfaction and went above and beyond to follow up with us and earn our business, asking for feedback and delivering exactly what we asked for. The installers were extremely professional and quick to pay attention to detail and ensure a quality installation. I am so glad we chose them, and would do it again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!

The quote was provided in a timely manner and was very resonable for the type of rain gutter that was needed. On the day of the install I was informed the work crew was having issues with the installation truck which made them late for the agreed installation time. Machines do break down from time to time. They got off to a bit of a late start, but the office did keep me updated on the work crews arrival time. Once they were able to resolve the work truck issue the crew made it to the job site. The crew was very professional and updated me on what they would be installing and its progress. They

UPDATE 01/23/2019: Rain Gutters installed are working wonderfully!
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Signed contract in November 2017. Was quoted 5 weeks before they could install. I had to keep calling in weeks 6-9 to see when they were going to get to me. Nobody called me with status. Installation took place 9 weeks later. I understand that the holidays were involved and my job was small at $700 however I was disappointed by this. I am 100% happy so far with installation (no major rainstorms since installation) and the two young men who did the work - they were professional and went above and beyond for us.

This company replaced all our downspouts. Many of our downspouts were in poor condition. Two had golf balls restricting gutter’s water drainage. Some of the downspouts flowed water across the walkways causing moss to create slippery conditions up on the north side of our home.
Our downspouts replacement was done in January of 2018. When their people arrived, they worked carefully and installed the new downspouts with screens, and placed screens over some of the gutters to limit what could get into the downspouts.

I would highly recommend San Diego Rain Gutters. The office staff is very helpful in getting an estimator out to your property in a timely manner and following up with you about the estimate. Once I OK'd the work they were able to get me on the schedule within a few weeks. The day of the installation the installer called me and walked the job making suggestions on some changes for down spot positions and answered several questions I had. The finished product was amazing. Quality work throughout. I would highly recommend San Diego Rain Gutters.
