I waited for my vehicle, and the tint was completed by the quoted time. The establishment was clean. The price was reasonable and competitive for the local area. Also, the customer service was superb. The gentlemen answered all concerns and were very accommodating. Of note, Tint Pros has tinted two of my cars, a Q60, and a 540i xDrive. That shows diversity in abilities because cars can require different techniques.

Visited the Tint Pros Online shop on Aug 27th, 2019 for tint quote on Jetta Sportswagen 2012. Their prices are reasonable and they offer high quality tints. I got the car done the next day tinted all side and rear windows. Their work was quick, professional and clean. Very nice attention to details (for example they put little stickers on the windows buttons to remind people not to roll them, this is perfectionism). I love the service and the product so far. I will do an update in 6 months after I see how the product holds which I strongly believe it will be great! Thank you Tint Pros Shop

There are only 2 reasons I ever go to Woodbrige: Shopping and Tint Pros. We've been so impressed with the work and customer service at Tint Pros that we've had 3 cars tinted there. On Saturday I brought my new car to get her front windows tinted to match the back windows. Even though they were busy, they said they could fit us in and be done by 12:30, which is when I told them I needed the car done by. They matched the tint perfectly and had her done by 12:30 on the dot.
They have a nice seating area with a tv and vending machines. That was a nice touch since it was so hot outside.

ZERO customer service and when they are "busy" they transfer you car to another location without your consent to have another shop do the tinting.. Wasted 4 hours to get a "Yeah we got busy and didn't have time for your car" excuse. Front desk didn't even apologize or offer another deal for wasting my time.

Great customer service! We've had three cars tinted here and all were done perfectly. We had side steps added as well and got to watch the installation. Applying tint takes reasonable time, especially if you want it done correctly. This business has been around 28 years for great reason...they value great customer service and excellent quality!

I just took the afternoon off, drove 45 minutes, dropped my car off to have the windows tinted at Tint Pros in Woodbridge,VA. I was told to come back two-hours later, when it was scheduled to be done. They have a couple of chairs, but no waiting area to speak of. When I arrived to pick up my car, it was still where I parked it. They hadn't done a thing to it and no one even bothered to call to let me know they were running hours behind. After I was told it would be another two hours before they could get it done, I drove back 45 minutes in beltway traffic having wasted an entire afternoon
