Services
Our rates include up to 6 people per RV. A $2 per day charge will be added for each additional occupant. Maximum of 1 RV, 8 people and 3 pets per site. No tents in resort. We reserve the right to refuse service to any rig based upon its appearance and/or condition. Prices subject to change. Rabies records are required for entrance to resort.

I love this place, the administration is very attentive and friendly, they have a swimming pool, laundry, activities among others. The place is safe and very quiet, the neighbors are very sociable and friendly. They have a reasonable price for the monthly rent. Thanks to everyone who works in this place for the excellent service.

1st year, wonderful!! After management change, no longer see a manager but only 4 maby 5 hours total for a whole business week. Usually to relive front clerk for her lunch break. Then goes in about one hour later in evening after business hours. My camper ended up damaged to point it nearly caught on fire. Manager was very evasive when I brought it to his attention and reported damages to local police. Was a change in staff as well. Things are not at all the same any more, lots of people have permanently moved due to the same issues.

Love this place. They were very kind to find us a great spot. Mgt is onsite and very responsive. They give you the feel they really care about their guests needs....Nice concrete level sites with bumped out patio space to live a little. Right next to Tom Bass Park so close to the city but a country feel. Keep up the great job staff! Did I mention they sell ice and wood pellets for our smokers!

I called to get reservations and inquired about the amenities needing a hot tub for back pain after driving 1500 miles in 2 days. I was told that they had a salt water spa and that sounded just like what I
needed. upon arriving found out that it was not working....something about a squirrel getting into the electrical system and disabling the hot tub. These things happen, I understand but when I asked desk clerk to find out how much of a discount I was going to get because they did not provide everything that was promised. Lived here for 5 months while we finished building our home. The park is nice and has great amenities. The pool is nice and the grill area is kept nice. I know they have happy hours where some of the people meet up to talk. They have a popcorn machine that my son loves and it's free and fresh. Small dog parks and a nice dog washing station. Bath houses are numerous and kept very clean.

The park and facilities are nice. Management, however, has decided that the park is no longer family friendly. You will feel very uncomfortable here with kids. Again and again, one particular staff member is very rude to guest. From young children, to an elderly couple in poor health, he has yelled, cursed and been beyond rude. The other guest and most of the staff are genuinely great people. However, if you want to be an adult only park then you should clearly state that. When you have an employee who thinks it is acceptable to treat paying guest like that, you will tarnish you reputation
