All sites are fully outfitted with concrete runners, an asphalt driveway, and an adjacent asphalt parking pad. We are within one mile of restaurants, shopping, fitness centers, Pasadena Bayshore Hospital, and Strawberry Park, which has a public pool, tennis courts, a jogging/walking track, and softball/baseball fields.
All guests must register at the office upon arrival; all fees are due & payable at registration. All guests are required to check out with the office. CHECK OUT TIME IS 12 NOON. Daily, weekly and monthly renewals, must be paid by 2 PM on the date they are due; NO EXCEPTIONS. There is a $35 late fee plus a $10/day on all user fees not paid on or before 2 PM on the due date.

If they had a rating of -5 that’s what they would get! It’s one of the worst RV parks I have been at and I have been to a lot of them!!! The park stinks even the people that came to pick us up said the same thing that it smells! I had to pull over into the lot next to me because the one that they gave me the drainage did not fit my hose. Also Monic terrible manager. I don’t know how many times I called never return phone call. I finally had to call the owner to get her to call me. She seems not to care as well as the owner. All they want is your money!! I suggest to go to USA RV park!!! Much

This place has a thin veneer of cutesy civility. But the caretakers are snooty, critical, and horribly picky. The excuses they use to exclude and include are expert, and they've probably been in this business for a very long time. The prices are very high, the rules restrictive, and when you pull out of there, you can bet they will have got the best of you on the deal. It is full of transient workers renting for turn arounds, who don't mind paying high rent and their only interests are working and sleeping. That is the clientele that this horrid rv park is trying to attract.

Owner treats customers as if you need him more than they need your business. Called to reserve a week before and paid the month in full. Next month comes along and I’m charged a bunch of late fees because according to them my billing cycle started when in called not when I arrived. Tried getting the fees removed with front desk but Lady was not helpful, talked to the owner and in same thing. Said he “did not put up with peoples problems.” That same month someone stole my yeti cooler, I had it chained up, chain was cut off with bolt cutters. A few yards from the park where there is construction

This is honestly the worst rv Park we have ever stayed at. We arrived roughly around 4 with a sick infant who broke out in a rash, I figured that the man James Hickman would understand if we went to an urgent care briefly & came back instead he pulled up to our site in a very rude manner yelling to move to another spot or get out of the park that we had already paid for. Very rude old man . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!! It's better to pay 20$ more at another site than to stay here. Will never be coming back as well as our close friends have all agreed on not returning due to the same
