We were very pleased with our entire experience with The Roof Factory. Craig is a delight to deal with and is very efficient and thorough. We have already personally referred The Roof Factory to friends and neighbors. Craig explained the job in detail. They did a great job. They were on time. They cleaned up so well that you could not tell they had even been here except for the fact that our gutters are very clean and we have new covers over them to prevent them from filling up again. Craig and his crews have replaced several gutters for us, added some downspouts, and replaced rotten wood on most of our windows. Our gutters and downspouts were replaced about a year ago and have worked great. The windows were done about a month ago, and the crew who came out to fix them were the friendliest and most professional I have ever encountered. Everything was done well and the finished product looks great!

The Roof Factory was great in helping us install some gutters. The owner is kind and gives extremely good rates. The gutters were installed quickly and professionally. Craig, the owner, is also extremely knowledgeable about all things home renovation and was able to offer advice and give some quotes on other home projects. We will definitely use him again.

We bought a foreclosure that was flipped and to our distress the roof was leaking into the garage. (Home inspection missed this of course. Home warranty didn't cover it, useless...) Anyway I called Craig over at The Roof Factory in a panic. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He calmed me down and came over after I got off work. (It was nice not to have to take a day off.) And talked over what he thought it could be. The next day he had his guys inspect it and found out the flashing was leaking. He gave me a price and I asked when he could do it. The very next day they can out and fixed
