Austin with J Key Roofing did an amazing job replacing my roof due to storm damage. My roof looks better than it did when it was brand new almost 16 years ago. Austin's team was so professional, and being my new roof is an insurance claim Austin helped me tremendously with all the steps along the way by doing two inspections taking lots of photo's and even sending emails with lots of pictures of the damages to my adjuster. Austin even did a brittle test on my roof to furthermore proof I needed full roof replacement from the storm damage. Thank You Austin it was such a pleasure doing business with

Spencer and the entire JKey Roofing crew were true professionals. All work was completed promptly and with quality. Spencer was very attentive and maintained constant communications throughout the scheduling and work progress to completion, and even called after everything was done to ensure our satisfaction with the completed roofing.

Spencer Cape with J Key Roofing supervised the replacement of my roof after storm damage in February. He worked with my homeowner's insurance company and made the replacement process quick and easy. J Key did a great job. The roof replacement was completed by their crew in one eight hour day.

This place is very good at taking your money, but not good at standing behind their work, or getting back to you.
After mismatching some flashing, they came back to touch up paint, but ended up spray painting my siding. Did they come back to fix? Of course not...money in their pocket.
They also destroyed my gutter screens all around the house, did they come back to correct? Of course not.
I'm out $2500 to fix by gutters and siding because of their shoddy workmanship. Don't go near these guys.

Our neighborhood recently had a tornado. The first people here to aide us was J Key Roofing. Not just to get our business, but to help us go through the process. Most of the people in our neighborhood rent and even though they had to use other contractors that their landlord had working for him, J Key Roofing still provided support, explained the process, offered their cards in case any questions arose and even put tarp on some of the roofs that the other roofing companies did not seem to want to do.
